Hello Everyone! Here is another volume of my Say It In Pictures Project. I hope that you enjoy them!
The black locust tree stump glass table that I made a few years ago and brought with me to the new homestead.
The early springtime excavation and dam building done at Cold Water spring this year.
The 'bar stool' that I made for sitting on at my outdoor coffee bar.
I coated my dog poop compost in ashes to mitigate the fly population.
I really like how my greenhouse looks!
This is the only part of the greenhouse that I used roofing metal on. Also the logs are raised garden beds that I have yet to fill with dirt.
One of my irrigation lines that got pulled into the creek during the recent flash flooding.
During the recent rains this wet weather spring produced a bunch of water.
Not too shabby of an output for only a meter of head and sixty-six meters of gavity-fed irrigation tubing.
One of the garden beds for growing corn near the creek.
A squirrel feeder that I made.
I finally got my bat house setup at the new homestead.
My big dog inspecting the corn garden.
A raised bed garden that I planted corn and red clover in.
The recent flooding buried this output tubing and it is a good thing!
The Cold Water spring site now has two pools.
Some of the new exlploratory holes dug at the wet weather spring site. We even found water in one of them!
This is the hole at the wet weather spring site that we found water in. The piece of PVC pipe is perforated and inserted in a fissure of rock to mark where the water table is.
A funky shaped raised bed garden that I made and planted corn in.

I love the tree stump table, you have good flow coming out of the gravity feed hose.
Yeah I love that table @myjob! Unfortunately that gravity-fed system got wrecked during that recent flash flood and is no longer operational which is not all that big of a deal because it was a temporary system for testing elevations. I will undoubtedly get it all setup and working again though!
Oh, this is beautiful! I dream with my family and I living and building a home like this.
Do you get fresh water to drink?
I hope that you achieve having a home like that!
Currently the fresh water from the springs is just for irrigation. I am still developing the drinking water spring site. :)
I hope that too! hahaha
Oh, I see! I lived in a farm, a couple of months ago, where there was a river that had a water birth so we collected it from there and then put it in a sand a rock filter (an industrial one haha)
I'm gonna be around to see what do you do with that drinking water spring site! I've got so much to learn. Good luck!
