RE: Apocalyptic Homesteading (Day 1267)

Yeah LOL! I got the place 'site unseen' which is not something that I ever recommend doing with land! Had some other folks visit it before to do some scouting on my behalf... but it was a super rainy day when they went. My buddy that went today has a really good eye for land and knows exactly what I need for my own area (because he has seen pretty much all my setups over the years) so that helps a lot.
