Shrimp Roast (Bangla) Recipe.

Hello friends,Yesterday was my holiday on Saturday. During the holidays I make a variety of recipes at home. I like it very much. I made a shrimp roast (Bangla) recipe with shrimp from the market yesterday. I thought I would share a little with you.

Shrimp size and measurement,

When I went to the market, I did not find any large shrimp. I got some medium sized shrimps, I bought two hundred and fifty grams of shrimps from there and came home with those fish. I soaked them in water for a while.

Shrimp shell clean,

I removed the fish shells with a knife and my hand. I separated the head. Then I cleaned and washed the fish a few times with clean water. Then I put the fish in a container so that the extra water would fall off in a month. I kept the fish in this position for about 10 minutes here.

A variety of spices are ready for cooking

I mixed different types of hot spices with turmeric, chilli and different spices. I mixed them well and put them in one place. I put a frying pan in a gas stove and added soybean oil. When the oil got hot, I divided the fish into two parts and played it well and put it in a pot so that the oils could be removed for a while.

Step- 1

I put a frying pan in the oven. In the meantime I poured the same amount of oil. After heating, chopped onion, garlic and green chillies along with various spices were mixed in the bata oil. Some amount of salt and testing salt some cow's milk coconut was missed. I'll just wait for it to turn brown when everything has to be manipulated. When the spices take on the shape of a fried brown color, the fried shrimps are poured into it. Stir gently and cover with a lid for 10 minutes.

Steps-2
After 10 minutes the shrimp were completely roasted with the onion. A very beautiful scent is coming out. It has been very tasty to eat, I have tried it a little. I then took it out of the oven, prepared it for serving in a large plate, and sat down to eat with my little ones and all of my siblings. I had a lot of fun.
