A Hard knocks Month: The Worst Of January

Helo everyone. How are you doing today ? Finally the month of January is over and the first month of the year has come to end. It is strange , every at the end of the year, we hope for a better year that will be totally different for us and shortcomings, problems. And we thought a beautiful month awaits you, full of growth and opportunities. But on the contrary, when the next year begins, the problems are even bigger. If any one thinks they didn’t have a good January, they won’t be alone.
This blog is based on my second post featured in #HiveGhana #Ghana community.

As, I mentioned in my introduction post that my father passed away at the end of the month of Decemeber-2023. I was in Dubai at that time and I had to leave my job when I planned to come back. His last rites were in the month of January, due to which I had to travel in my village many times and it took a lot of expenses.

After breaking free from these rituals, I applied for jobs in various places that required me to travel a lot for interviews.

For this, I had to travel by bus again and again and sometimes it need to change one bus to another.

Many times I also had to eat outside food which was very expensive and I also had to get sick. After traveling a lots, when I reached on these places, there were huge lines for the interviews where I had to wait my turn.

And disappointment happens when you have given interviews two to three times and you have not received any response yet.
All these phases were tiring as well as very expensive. And your frustration increases when you come back from in the interviews and everyone ask you whether you got job or not. But I didn't despair and am still giving interviews and I also started some online works. I believe that everyone has good days and bad days, but you can't let the bad times beat you down.

You have to remember that the hard days are what makes you stronger. No matter how bad your month may have been, there is a beautiful month waiting for you full of growth and learning opportunities. To turn a bad January into a good February give your 100 percent. I hope you must read this and don’t forget to give your feedback.
