Durian Pancakes Recipe. What You Should Make

I once said that I like to eat right?
so today I will make food of course😄😄
and because it's durian season at our place right now, so I'm going to make a cake with Durian as the main ingredient.
Yes, I will make Durian Pancakes.
is there a friend here who likes durian?

First we will make spring rolls as the wrapper then durian and whipe cream as the filling.

Ingredients for Spring Rolls
-flour
-egg
-salt
-sugar
-water

• pandan coloring (here I use natural dyes from pandan leaves that I squeeze out of the water)

~ Mix the flour with all the ingredients and stir until well blended.
heat the teflon over low heat then pour the ingredients that have been mixed in the teflon and smooth, wait until it dries and then cool. do the same thing to finish.

for stuffing ingredients:

• durian.
  separate the durian seeds and store them in a container.
• whip cream.
  Mix whipe cream powder with milk and ice water and stir using a mixer until fluffy.

How to wrap
-Put the spring rolls and fill them with durian and whipe cream, then fold them into a box and put them in the cooler.

-wait for 1 hour and durian pancakes are ready to be enjoyed.
