The productive rule

Good day guys, sorry for my little timeout, it's been hectic trying to put everything together, which puts up this blog post, organization the best key to be productive, last time we talked about the greatest key to success consistency, you can view it below.

Productivity is every business man dream down to any individuals dreams, we all wish to improve in what we do, the first was trying to be consistent with the action your already aware of, now is time to venture into what your not aware of but also to arrange them with the other private ones you got.Organizing is a word that have existed for years it is the basic instrument of balances in life, it is widely practice in everything you come across, mostly in business, it is sometimes called structure, a lot of people try to be organized but still they fail, and they keep on trying but fail at the end, this blog post is here to help you reduce the friction between your productivity desired lifestyle

What is organizing ?
I will be taking the definition from an electronic dictionary called vocapture, it reads;

"The act of rearranging elements following one or more rules."

The elements will be dealing with are humans actions, I will be focusing more on the individual aspect, since my niche is achieving a betterlife, I will be dealing majorly on personal finance in all my finance post. Now, we are all aware of the meaning of organizing, so how does this leads to productivity, is the next step;

  • It reduces friction between unrelated activities
  • It reduces wastage of time
  • It enhances the performance of work, by simply making every action obvious
  • It eventually leads to consistency.

All those lovelies, after you have mastered the act, so how do we master such, they are various step;

Step 1 : Write down the various activities to be arranged, that is the activities you will be carrying out to boost your activity. This are activities are your business activities and all activities that leads to an easy work which includes rest, meditation, motivation etc

Step 2 : Arrange this activities in order of how easy is it to do, it is alot easier to meditate early in the morning and that relaxed your body and mind to arrange the other activities of the day. It's best to do so, to avoid more friction of activities.

Step 3 : Give each activity a time range and a short break between activities to boost productive instead of running it down, when doing this have in mind your strength and weakness so as to avoid unrealistic timing.

Step 4 : Follow the plan for a week and check if it worked, if it doesn't remember to restart the steps, over and over again with new activities to further grow.


Always remember to reflect on every thing you do, it helps you to estimate how effective and action or decision was, remember to be productive is to be organized and to be fully organized is to reflect in your past actions. Thanks for reading.
