Every time I coach a new team I receive infinite gifts loaded with stories, points of view, desire to move forward, affection, knowledge, everything adds up in every job training, stories, points of view, desire to move forward, affection, knowledge everything adds up in each job training, especially when we seek to align strengths, and opportunities, and open the doors to overcome weaknesses and adversities (SWOT).

In the objectives of each company I visit, it would be ideal to have one that indicates: To turn the staff into a dream team. It does not have to be written like that, of course. The important thing is that there are tasks in the strategic plans that manage to strengthen and develop the collaborators and allies in all their areas.

The results of the company and the satisfaction of the clients will testify to it. If the goal is to be great, to be the best in the market, to be a company that leaves a mark, a legacy that satisfies society and that the company lasts as long as possible for future generations, I propose every time I undertake a project to form my own team of collaborators (dream team). With them, everything will be possible.

There is so much to do, the important thing is to move forward!

It is very important to have an excellent team to achieve any goal at work and in life, and even more so when it comes to extraordinary goals. The goals that matter. We are all a team, but it is difficult to see it because of the belief that it is not possible to do it alone.

Especially when we are faced with a situation in which we must make a decision, no matter how difficult, compromising or embarrassing it may seem, you should never hesitate to do the right thing, even if you feel afraid.

When you do the right thing, and you haven't hurt anyone, you have a great advantage to win the fight in front of you. Your moment is this, now!

I do more than I publish

It's never too late to ask myself if what I want in life and what I'm looking for are taking me in the same direction, the one I'm going in and, moreover, I believe is the right one. What's the difference?

I always tell my collaborators NOT to idealize me because sometimes I am sad, or I feel angry, or I may also be going through a space of frustration that I almost always bring to the surface in my private moments.

I talk about this because there is an idealization of how we should live. Reality is more beautiful than the record that remains in the networks, in this Web 3 when we are not able to look at it as a whole, and they tend to be a showcase of a biased version. I feel that what is authentic is my commitment to this opportunity called life, I love "human networks" and heart-to-heart hugs.

In my opinion, all human beings love stories, so let's use stories in the way we communicate to sell our products and services this has to be done not just to sell, but to sincerely help the potential customer get what they want, and I assure you that the doors will open wide.

This is how it works for me, and I speak based on techniques taken from the literature of Peter Drucker, considered the greatest management philosopher and father of management as a discipline. In this sense, I always remind my collaborators that "No one is more talented than another, nor much smarter, nor luckier", you have to work and work with discipline, to be able to project, organize, plan, respond and act.

When purpose, talent, preparation, and work come together, it is a challenge where preparation, study, and perseverance are more than necessary, this is not easy at all, and there is no room for anything but success.

This has been a road with ups and downs, for self-knowledge, there is no single route, there are as many paths as my soul has plans in this human experience and, since I am here, I intend to live to the fullest, it is a fundamental step to look inward.

What would happen if you could observe yourself day by day, what would you change to form your ideal team of collaborators?

I start: My job is that the people who enter my pieces of training leave: thinking, feeling, and doing something different, everything will depend on effective communication and active listening where I, You, are the answer in the construction of the ideal work team.

Cada vez que asesoro a un nuevo equipo recibo infinitos regalos cargados de historias, puntos de vista, ganas de seguir adelante, afecto, conocimiento, todo suma en cada capacitación para el trabajo, sobre todo cuando se busca alinear fortalezas, oportunidades, y abrimos las puertas para superar las debilidades y adversidades (FODA).

En los objetivos de cada empresa que visito, sería ideal contar con uno que indique: Convertir al personal en un dream team. No tiene por qué escribirse así, claro. Lo importante es que existan tareas en los planes estratégicos que logren fortalecer y desarrollar a los colaboradores y aliados en todos sus ámbitos.

Los resultados de la empresa y el agrado de los clientes lo testificarán. Si de lo que se trata es de ser genial, de ser el mejor del mercado, de ser una empresa que deje una marca, un legado que satisfaga a la sociedad y que la empresa perdure la mayor cantidad de tiempo posible para las futuras generaciones, me propongo cada vez que emprendo un proyecto formar mi propio equipo de colaboradores (dream team). Con ellos todo será posible.

Es muy importante contar con un excelente equipo para lograr cualquier meta en el trabajo y en la vida y, más aún, cuando se trata de metas extraordinarias. Las metas que importan. Todos somos un equipo, pero cuesta verlo por la creencia de separación, Solos, no es posible.

Sobre todo cuando estamos frente a una situación en la cual debemos tomar una decisión, por muy difícil, comprometida o embarazosa que parezca, nunca se debe dudar en hacer lo correcto, aunque sientas miedo.

Cuando se hace lo correcto y no se le ha hecho daño a nadie, se tiene una gran ventaja para ganar la lucha que se tiene enfrente. ¡Tu momento es este, ahora!

Hago más de lo que publico

Nunca es tarde para preguntarme si lo que quiero en la vida y lo que estoy buscando me llevan por la misma dirección, la que estoy transitando y, además, creo es la correcta. ¿Dónde está la diferencia?

Mi contenido de valor ya lo tengo, siempre le digo a mis colaboradores que NO me idealicen porque a veces estoy triste, o siento rabia o también puedo estar pasando por un espacio de frustración que casi siempre los afloro en mis instantes privados.

Hablo sobre esto porque existe una idealización del cómo debemos vivir. La realidad es más hermosa que el registro que queda en las redes, en esta Web 3 cuando no somos capaces de mirarla como un todo y suelen ser vitrina de una versión sesgada. Siento que lo auténtico es mi compromiso con esta oportunidad llamada vida, me encantan las "redes humanas" y los abrazos de corazón a corazón.

Hive es una de mis herramientas de conexión humana, nunca me hace sentir que es una esclavitud.

En mi opinión a todos los seres humanos nos gustan las historias, así que usemos las historias en la manera como nos comunicamos para vender nuestros productos y servicios y esto hay que hacerlo no solo por vender, sino para ayudar sinceramente al potencial cliente obtener lo que quiere y les aseguro que las puertas se abrirán de par en par.

Así me funciona y hablo basada en técnicas tomadas de la literatura de Peter Drucker, considerado el mayor filósofo de la administración y padre de la administración como disciplina. En este sentido, a mis colaboradores siempre les recuerdo que “Nadie es más talentoso que otro, ni mucho más inteligente, ni tiene más suerte”, hay que trabajar y trabajar con disciplina, para poder proyectar, organizar, planificar, responder y actuar.

Cuando se unen propósito, talento, preparación y trabajo, es un reto donde la preparación, estudio, perseverancia es más que necesario, esto no es nada fácil, y no hay espacio más que para el éxito.

Este ha sido un camino con altas y bajas, para el autoconocimiento no existe una solo ruta, hay tantos caminos como planes tiene mi alma en esta experiencia humana y, ya que estoy aquí, me propongo vivir al máximo, es un paso fundamental para mirar hacia adentro.

Comienzo yo: Mi trabajo es que la gente que entre a mis capacitaciones salga: pensando, sintiendo y haciendo algo diferente, todo va a depender de la comunicación efectiva y escucha activa donde Yo, Tú, Nosotros seamos la respuesta en la construcción del equipo de trabajo ideal.
