Hello everybody on Hive and especially the PukoMundo Community! My name is Jasper and I'm writing (and singing) to you Cape Town in South Africa! This is Week 55 of “The Singing Voice” or “La Voz Cantante” challenge – it’s my 6th time contributing!

So the aim of the game is to play a rock cover, or perhaps a cover of a genre that led to the formation of rock music. I think it is well established that blues contributed greatly to the invention of rock-and-roll. The song I’m going to sing is by a band that mixed country, blues and rock ‘n roll into their overall mixture of sound… I’m talking about Creedence Clearwater Revival, and the song I’m going to choose is “Midnight Special”!
