HIVE MUSIC FESTIVAL Week 15 Third Round (ENG-ESP): "Lady Trouble"! (Original)

Hello everybody on HIVE, and especially the Music Community. My name is Jasper and I'm writing (and singing) to you from a work trip to the Karoo, about 600km inland of my home in Cape Town in South Africa!
Welcome to Week 15 / Round 3 of the Hive Music Festival! I have only done original songs so far for the Hive Music Festival:
• In weeks 1 to 3 I did some of my softer, more finger-picking, style of original songs.
• In weeks 4-6 I raised the tempo a bit and started strumming on some more original songs.
• In weeks 7-9, I picked some original songs that would allow me to rock out as hard as my acoustic guitar allows, and I also showed how I like to play alternative tunings like “DADGAD”.
• In weeks 10-12 I introduced a loop pedal device to allow me to fill out some of my original songs…
From now on, let me just play whatever original song I feel like on the day, hey?
I don’t have my microphone and amp with me on this work trip, but I did manage to bring my one guitar along with me! So let me play something unplugged for you! Of the original songs that I have left, perhaps a nice one to play unplugged is “Lady Trouble” because it has this old-time bluesy feel to it! My guitar-bag has a side pocket for harmonicas so let’s whip one out and add that in to emphasise the bluesy feel!
“Lady Trouble” describes that feeling that a shy, good young man (like me maybe, but single) would have when he sees an attractive, but clearly naughty, lady when out at some place like a bar. Perhaps the young man knows that this young lady is not the sort of person he should marry, or bring home to introduce to his parents, but she’s teasing and flirting with him and he’s finding it hard not to be all swept away!

Hola a todos en HIVE, y especialmente a la comunidad musical. Mi nombre es Jasper y les escribo (y canto) desde un viaje de trabajo al Karoo, ¡a unos 600 km tierra adentro de mi casa en Ciudad del Cabo en Sudáfrica! ¡Bienvenidos a la Semana 15 / Ronda 3 del Hive Music Festival! Hasta ahora solo he hecho canciones originales para el Hive Music Festival:
• En las semanas 1 a 3 hice algunas de mis canciones originales con un estilo más suave y punteado.
• En las semanas 4-6 subí un poco el tempo y comencé a rasguear algunas canciones más originales.
• En las semanas 7-9, escogí algunas canciones originales que me permitirían rockear tan fuerte como lo permite mi guitarra acústica, y también mostré cómo me gusta tocar afinaciones alternativas como “DADGAD”.
• En las semanas 10-12 introduje un dispositivo de pedal de bucle que me permitía completar algunas de mis canciones originales...
De ahora en adelante, déjame tocar cualquier canción original que me apetezca ese día, ¿eh?
No tengo mi micrófono y mi amplificador conmigo en este viaje de trabajo, ¡pero me las arreglé para llevar mi única guitarra conmigo! ¡Así que déjame tocar algo desconectado para ti! De las canciones originales que me quedan, tal vez una buena para tocar desconectada es "Lady Trouble" porque tiene ese sentimiento de blues de antaño. Mi bolsa de guitarra tiene un bolsillo lateral para armónicas, ¡así que saquemos una y agréguemosla para enfatizar la sensación de blues!
“Lady Trouble” describe ese sentimiento que un joven tímido y bueno (tal vez como yo, pero soltero) tendría cuando ve a una dama atractiva, pero claramente traviesa, en algún lugar como un bar. Tal vez el joven sabe que esta joven no es el tipo de persona con la que debería casarse, o traer a casa para presentársela a sus padres, ¡pero ella lo está molestando y coqueteando con él y le resulta difícil no dejarse llevar!

Your ability to play both the harmonica and the guitar at the same time is a super power not everybody has and what you did with those instruments is another. It's giving the combination of both the oldies and the modern music vibes. Lovely piece my friend.
