Día 11 de septiembre del 2022, comienza la cuenta regresiva para el evento esperado, C.C SAmbil Barquisimeto, Estado-Lara, lugar elegido para la exhibición de Street Workout (calistenia). Una buena planificación es la base para que todo salga bien, en estos proyectos donde convergen muchas personas, con el fin de dar a conocer un poco mas del tema. Street Workout community lo hizo posible, todos colocaron su granito de arena para logra el objetivo, un movimiento que va dejando sus conocimientos varias ciudades a lo largo y ancho de Venezuela.

Day September 11, 2022, begins the countdown to the expected event, C.C SAmbil Barquisimeto, Lara State, place chosen for the exhibition of Street Workout (calisthenics). good planning is the basis for everything to go well, in these projects where many people converge, in order to make known a little more of the subject. Street Workout community made it possible, everyone put their grain of sand to achieve the goal, a movement that is leaving their knowledge in several cities throughout Venezuela.

Paso a recoger a mi sobrino Adrian Rodriguez, su expresión era invaluable, el no tenia ni la menor idea sobre el tema pero en el momento pude explicar un poco sobre ello, ya en camino para presenciar el espectáculo nos dimos cuenta que íbamos un poco tarde pero seguro de que llegábamos a tiempo. al fin llegamos, nos dirigimos directamente a la tarima del C.C sambil para posicionarnos bien y asimismo poder observar bien todo el escenario ya listo para recibir a los deportistas de élite en dicho deporte.

La interacción entre el publico reunidos alrededor de la tarima y los animadores era único y enérgico, tanto que no pude contenerme en hablar con la carismática y encantadora María Marina Mulder, Lcda. en comunicación Social y ademas una Actriz muy bella, al estar en una conversación con ella me di cuenta que estaba asustado tal ves con un poco de pena pero la pase bien.

The interaction between the public gathered around the stage and the entertainers was unique and energetic, so much so that I could not stop myself from talking to the charismatic and charming Maria Marina Mulder, a graduate in Social Communication and also a very beautiful actress, being in a conversation with her I realized that I was scared maybe with a little sorrow but I had a good time.

Los ejercicios mostrados en el evento fueron de varios niveles y dificultades, las barras y giros hicieron que el publico mostrara su cara de asombro por tal movimientos.

The exercises shown in the event were of various levels and difficulties, the bars and spins made the audience show their face of amazement for such movements.

Al final del evento fue increíble, poder compartir con las personas que hacen vida en la comunidad, conocerlos y presentarme ante ellos, aprendí de ellos algo esencial, la comunicación es parte vital de todo sin ello tal ves no lleguemos lejos así mismo espero poder compartir mas con ellos.

At the end of the event it was amazing to share with the people who make life in the community, meet them and introduce myself to them, I learned from them something essential, communication is a vital part of everything without it we may not get far so I hope to share more with them.
