My new summoner: Astral Entity (EN-ES)
Hello Splinterlands friends, in this post I want to tell you about the new summoner I got by opening a pack. All the packs I get in the daily or seasonal rewards I open them since I have a very limited collection of cards.
My strategy was to buy little by little the cards I needed instead of leaving everything to the luck of buying packs. I only bought 3 Chaos Legion packs and I think it was a good decision as I have been able to focus on upgrading what in my opinion were the cards I wanted to play.
Last week I got a new pack in the daily rewards and although I was not very optimistic, fortune was with me.
Hola amigos de Splinterlands, en este post quiero hablaros del nuevo invocador que he conseguido abriendo un pack. Todos los packs que obtengo en las recompensas diarias o por temporada los abro ya que tengo una muy limitada colección de cartas.
Mi estrategia fue comprar poco a poco las cartas que necesitaba en vez de dejarlo todo a la suerte de comprar packs. Únicamente compré 3 packs Chaos Legion y creo que fue una buena decisión ya que he podido centrarme en mejorar las que en mi opinión eran las cartas que deseaba jugar.
La semana pasada obtuve un nuevo pack en las recompensas diarias y aunque no era muy optimista, la fortuna me acompañó.
ASTRAL ENTITY
Astral Entity appeared on the third try and a smile came across my face. This legendary summoner is perfect to use along with Thaddius Brood and have one more option in my strategies.
Astral Entity apareció al tercer intento y una sonrisa se dibujó en mi cara. Este invocador legendario es perfecto usar junto con Thaddius Brood y tener una opción más en mis estrategias.

Like all legendary Chaos Legion summoners (with the exception of Quix the Devious), Astral Entity has a mana cost of 6 points and provides 2 advantages to our team and one disadvantage to the opponent's team.
Como todos los invocadores Chaos Legion legendarios (con excepción de Quix the Devious), Astral Entity tiene un coste de maná de 6 puntos y proporciona 2 ventajas a nuestro equipo y una desventaja el equipo del rival.
Veamos cada una de ellas.
-2 SHIELD
This ability affects the enemy's creatures and subtracts 2 shield points from their armor. It is always good to reduce the enemy's shield if we are not going to play with magical attack creatures.
Esta habilidad que afecta a las criaturas del enemigo les resta 2 puntos de escudo a sus armaduras. Siempre viene bien reducir el escudo del enemigo si no vamos a jugar con criaturas de ataque mágico.
DODGE
This skill allows us to increase the probability of dodging melee or ranged attacks. We will have a percentage of 25% of dodging this type of attacks.
Esta habilidad nos permite aumentar la probabilidad de esquivar ataques cuerpo a cuerpo o a distancia. Tendremos un porcentaje del 25% de esquivar este tipo de ataques.
Una de las mejores habilidades del juego.
RESURRECT
When a creature of our team dies, it is brought back to life with 1 health. This ability can only be activated once per battle.
Another incredible ability that well played can give us the victory.
Cuando un una criatura de nuestro equipo muere, es devuelta a la vida con 1 Vida. Esta habilidad solo puede activarse una vez por batalla.
Otra increíble habilidad que bien jugada puede darnos la victoria.
EXAMPLE COMBAT
And here is my first official combat with Astral Entity. It's a Brawl in Novice difficulty and where I face an enemy that plays with the summoner Tarsa and very powerful melee and ranged attack creatures.
Y aquí está mi primer combate oficial con Astral Entity. Es una Brawl en dificultad novato y en donde me enfrento a un enemigo que juega con la invocadora Tarsa y criaturas muy poderosas de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia.

This battle was the perfect opportunity to use my new summoner Astral Entity. Thanks to the battle conditions it was obvious that melee and ranged attack was going to be used and what better than to test the summoner's Dodge ability.
I knew that with the Equal Opportunity condition they would attack my creature with less life, so I chose Trapp Falloway a creature not very powerful but with a good speed and a powerful melee attack. My intention was to dodge with it as many hits as possible while still attacking ferociously and activating its Bloodlust ability.
The beginning was not very encouraging, the first 2 hits received, eliminated Trapp Falloway, but the summoner activated his ability Resurrect and as if by magic Trapp Falloway began to dodge hits without ceasing. In total he managed to dodge 8 consecutive blows. Incredible the potential that the summoner has if we use it with cards that have high speed.
Truly Astral Entity is a card to take into account and it is possible that I will upgrade it to Silver level to be able to use it with other cards of higher level.
Esta batalla era la oportunidad perfecta para usar mi nuevo invocador Astral Entity. Gracias a las condiciones del combate era evidente que se iba a usar el ataque cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia y que mejor que poner a prueba la habilidad Dodge del invocador.
Sabía que con la condición Equal Opportunity atacarían a mi criatura con menos vida, así que elegí a Trapp Falloway una criatura no muy poderosa pero con una buena velocidad y un potente ataque cuerpo a cuerpo. Mi intención era esquivar con ella el mayor número de golpes mientras seguía atacando ferozmente y activando su habilidad Bloodlust.
El inicio no fue muy alentador, los 2 primeros golpes recibidos, eliminaron a Trapp Falloway, pero fue activar el invocador su habilidad Resurrect y como por arte de magia Trapp Falloway empezó a esquivar golpes sin cesar. En total llegó a esquivar 8 golpes consecutivos. Increíble el potencial que tiene el invocador si lo usamos con cartas que tengan alta velocidad.
Verdaderamente Astral Entity es una carta muy a tener en cuenta y es posible que llegue a subirla a nivel Plata para poder usarla junto a otras cartas de mayor nivel.
