Bueno, estamos de vuelta como ya viene siendo costumbre cada par de meses para hablar un poco de cuales son esas canciones y artistas que están sacando productos nuevos y cuales son las favoritas para mi. Es impresionante como la música no se detiene y es que en los últimos meses ha agarrado un impulso grande en parte por que cada día que pasa estamos más cerca de la normalidad con respecto a la pandemia. Tal es así que los conciertos y giras se activaron de nuevo alrededor del mundo y es por eso que los artistas necesitan material nuevo.

Well, we are back as usual every couple of months to talk a little about which songs and artists are releasing new products and which are the favorites for me. It's amazing how music doesn't stop and in the last few months it has gained a great momentum partly because every day that passes we are closer to normality with respect to the pandemic. So much so that the concerts and tours are active again around the world and that's why artists need new material.

El día de hoy les voy a compartir esas canciones que más me llaman la atención de toda esa lluvia de nuevos temas que hay en el marcado en la actualidad. Así que sin perder más tiempo vamos con ese top 5 del que ya está siendo costumbre por estos lados.

Today I'm going to share with you those songs that catch my attention of all that rain of new songs that are on the market today. So without wasting any more time let's go with this top 5 that is already being customary in these parts.

- Sebastián Yatra ft John Legend - Tacones Rojos.

Si bien es verdad que está canción originalmente ya tiene unos cuantos meses de haber sido sacada, este featuring si que es reciente. La capacidad que tiene Yatra para adaptarse a cualquier cosa es increíble, creo que es de esos artistas sumamente completos que es capaz de cantar lo que se proponga. Y bueno, que decir de John Legend, de los cantantes que más me gustan desde siempre, un verdadero maestro de la composición y el canto. Cuando escuchas esta canción es imposible que no te muevas y que a la segunda vez ya la estés cantando. Es muy pegadiza, alegre, la letra es sencilla pero gusta mucho y ese ritmo que escogieron es de lo mejor del tema. Dos voces que se complementan perfectamente y es por eso que se oye tan bien, de ahí a que sea una de las canciones que más he escuchado en la últimas semanas.

While it's true that this song was originally released a few months ago, this featuring is recent. Yatra's ability to adapt to anything is incredible, I think he is one of those extremely complete artists who is able to sing whatever he wants. And well, what can I say about John Legend, one of the singers I've always liked the most, a true master of composition and singing. When you listen to this song it is impossible not to move and the second time you are already singing it. It's very catchy, cheerful, the lyrics are simple but very enjoyable and the rhythm they chose is one of the best of the song. Two voices that complement each other perfectly and that's why it sounds so good, that's why it's one of the songs I've listened to the most in the last weeks.

- Paulo Londra - Chance.

Y si, volvió el argentino, volvió Paulo Londra después de un poco más de tres años de ausencia. Para los que no lo saben Paulo estuvo alejado de la música e imposibilitado de sacar nada nuevo por temas legales con su antigua disquera, fue un proceso bastante largo y tedioso pero que por fin se resolvió. Cuando se tuvo que alejar quizás estaba en su mejor momento pero creo que ese periodo de pausa lo ha hecho madurar un poco más y ya en menos de 1 mes tenemos dos temas y una sesión con Bizarrap. Esta canción, Chance, es el segundo sencillo que saca y el que más me gusta de los dos, el primero se llama Plan A. Es un tema que me genera tranquilidad, la letra es algo con la que uno se puede identificar en algún momento y tiene un sonido muy característico de él además de que en pasajes rapea un poco lo cual es un plus que está muy bueno. Muy buena canción y mejor aún el regreso de uno de los mejores.

And yes, the Argentinean is back, Paulo Londra is back after a little more than three years of absence. - Harry Styles - As It Was.

Yo no soy muy fan de Harry Styles pero tengo que admitir que esta es una muy buena canción, creo que es por la vibra de los noventa y hasta de los ochenta que tiene. Ese sonido particular de la época es muy evidente y es lo que hace que para mi se destaque por encima de muchas otras. Pero lo importante yo diría que no es tanto como suena sino el mensaje y la letra que tiene, una que nos habla del estar solo y de sus posibles consecuencias sino nos manejamos bien, que a medida que pasa el tiempo y tal y como dice el coro, las cosas no serán como antes y que alejarse de esa persona especial puede ser duro y complicado. Es que hasta con el video se ve una intención y una simbiosis con la letra para que todo vaya de la mano y se entienda de una mejor forma. Sin duda un gran trabajo del británico con este tema que a pesar de haber salido hace aproximadamente un mes sigue en las tendencias. Escúchenla que vale mucho la pena, tiene frases muy poderosas.

I'm not a big fan of Harry Styles but I have to admit that this is a very good song, I think it's because of the nineties and even eighties vibe it has. That particular sound of the era is very evident and that's what makes it stand out for me over many others. But the important thing I would say is not so much how it sounds but the message and the lyrics it has, one that tells us about being alone and its possible consequences if we don't handle ourselves well, that as time goes by and as the chorus says, things will not be like before and that moving away from that special person can be hard and complicated. Even with the video there is an intention and a symbiosis with the lyrics so that everything goes hand in hand and is understood in a better way. Undoubtedly a great work of the British with this theme that despite having been released about a month ago is still in the trends. Listen to it, it's worth it, it has very powerful phrases.

- David Guetta & Becky Hill & Ella Henderson - Crazy What Love Can Do.

El TEMAZO de esta lista. Es impresionante como David Guetta, estando es un estilo o genero musical que en teoría sea complicado de pegar, se siga manteniendo y sacando canciones como esta. Siempre voy a ser fanático de la música electrónica pero cuando esta es llevada a otro nivel en donde se involucra grandes voces convirtiéndola en toda una historia, es algo que rompe todo paradigma. Y digo esto porque hay que dar crédito a ese par de voces que se hacen presente, en especial a Becky Hill, sin ellas no sería más que un sonido pegadizo. Sin duda alguna lo que más me llama la atención es la base de este tema, eso que se escucha de fondo y que se te queda grabado en tu mente, eso es el verdadero gancho de esta canción y eso es algo que siempre va a existir en las canciones de David Guetta. Hagan el ejercicio y escuchen los primeros diez segundos y se darán cuenta que ese sonido está presente en toda la canción. Que manera de cambiar el animo tiene este tema, no lo duden que sea de las canciones que más suenen en el verano.

The BIG SONG of this list. It is impressive how David Guetta, being a style or musical genre that in theory is difficult to hit, keeps on keeping on and releasing songs like this one. I will always be a fan of electronic music but when this is taken to another level where great voices are involved making it a whole story, it is something that breaks every paradigm. Undoubtedly what strikes me most is the base of this song, that thing that you hear in the background and that sticks in your mind, that is the real hook of this song and that is something that will always exist in the songs of David Guetta. - Camila Cabello ft Ed Sheeran - Bam Bam.

Pongo esta canción porque con ella pasa algo muy curioso según como yo entiendo la música y sus sonidos. El punto diferenciador y lo que hace que este tema resalte y sobresalga tanto es la instrumentación latina que tiene, creo que sin ella claramente sería una canción más del montón pero a las personas anglosajonas les encanta eso, que una canción tenga un par de metales y unos repiques de unos timbales para que sin ningún cuestionamiento sea todo un hit. Y eso me molesta? - para nada. Todo lo que de reconocimiento a nuestra cultura siempre y cuando sea de buena manera, siempre será valido. Así que habiendo dicho lo anterior, que decir? - es una canción sumamente comercial, porque su sonido es así, pero que cumple para lo que fue hecha: que suene en todos lados. Ritmo contagioso, un mensaje motivacional un poco cliché y que no es otro que a pesar de las trabas y obstáculos que nos ponga la vida siempre hay que seguir hacia adelante. Ed Sheeran es otro artista que es como camaleón, se adapta a todo, es muy versátil y yo siendo fanático de él verlo en estas movidas siempre va a sorprender pero no es para nada raro. En fin, no es mala la canción, se puede escuchar y disfrutar y también se te va a quedar en el subconsciente, eso no lo duden.

Evidentemente hay muchísimas más canciones por ahí pero quise traer estas porque son las que siento de las que más se pueden hablar, ya sea por la canción como tal o de sus propios interpretes.

Obviously there are many, many more songs out there but I wanted to bring these because they are the ones that I feel can be talked about the most, either for the song as such or for the performers themselves.
