An Autumn #WednesdayWalk - Actifit: October 9 2019
Well guys, this may have been it. It is possible this was my last beautiful fall day for #photowalking. It’s it looks like the weather will turn bad tonight, and stay that way for days, with a nasty cold front moving in from Colorado that will drop the temperatures by about 50°! It will be near freezing over the weekend, and we will like get some snow flurries. What are the chances that we will get more gorgeous fall weather after this thing blows through? I will remain hopeful!
So, let’s have a look at the pictures from my #WednesdayWalk this evening after work. I had the pleasure of strolling around a lake surrounded by golden trees.

Hey @jayna! Good job in getting your 10172 @actifit steps in 😁. Nice picture too. Maybe some of your fall color might survive the storm-it’s hard to say. However, even if it doesn’t you can look for frosty things to photograph. Stay warm and have a good night!👍
Oh yes there will be plenty of frosty things to photograph in the months to come. Winter usually lasts from November to April. Wow, it is early this year!

Beautiful photos of a vegetation and autumnal light very pleasing to the spirit and to the look (and surely to the whole body). The shades of yellow (between gold, ochre and orange), as well as the greens and browns, plus that subtle view of the lake and the clarity comfort us. Thank you, @jayna.

It is sad that cold temperatures and snow may ruin the foliage. Fall is my favorite time of year.

This is absolutely too stunning to be blown away by a little cool weather! It just looks like autumn is just starting to come your way!
I love the way we wander down those paths, the colors greeting us and the beauty of it all is breathtaking. I hope you get to enjoy this for just a tad longer. I did hear that there will be snow in Denver Friday, so I hope it stops before it reaches you!!

Thank you for the kind wishes, @dswigle! The predicted rain has arrived and temperatures are dropping. I’m just hoping this cold weather system moves on through fast. Like you said, the colors are just getting started, so maybe the best is yet to come.
I have to think that they are strong enough to make it through a cold snap because they look fresh and healthy. Good luck and I expect to see some amazing color coming from your profile!

Oh I hope so too! I’m crossing my fingers that the trees will hang on through this cold, wet, windy spell and go into full blazing color!
