❤ A lot of LOVE from a little Bug ❤

So it has been quite a different start to my year on Hive. For the first time EVER, I actually have the time and the freedom to read more, comment more and manually curate more... and I am loving it! So much of my time was taken up by daily obligation previously, and as much as I have ALWAYS loved helping those around me – to get their posts more exposure etc. It really DID take up so much of my time.

Not to say I am not doing that anymore just because I opted to shut down the PHC server, because I am. @theluvbug is still around and I use that account daily on Hive and Twitter to curate some of the awesome posts I find along the way. I have not actually posted from that account for some time though, but simply use it for reblogging other peoples content. Although, I have been thinking about perhaps starting to use @dbuzz to further promote some of the blog posts I think deserve more attention – because there sure are a lot of them. In fact I think I will start doing that with immediate effect!

As it has ALWAYS been around here, there is a lot of nonsense that seems to get massive curation and then other posts which are absolutely fantastic which receive practically zero engagement and support. Speaking of engagement - that is probably the one thing I am enjoying the most now and I really think it is a facet which is massively lacking on Hive.

Some of you may not be familiar with @theluvbug account – but I created it in March 2018 and it has been strolling along ever since. In my spare moments I would like to continue using this account to help others along their way as well as for others to find decent content that is not necessarily niche specific. Many of the posts discovered are shared to the Twitter account too which you can follow HERE

There is a BIG difference between just reblogging and retweeting EVERYONE and EVERYTHING you come across versus carefully seeking out GREAT content and at the end of the day, other than high numerical stats the former is pretty worthless and close to spammy if you ask me. Curation should be about quality not quantity and that is, was and always will be my primary focus with @theluvbug account... so give it a follow if you so wish :)
