[En/Es] Jobs - La mayor influencia del siglo puesta en escena || The greatest influence of the century staged

Hello community! How are you all? I'm fine, I know I've been a little lost but I'll have the time to talk more in depth about the big change in my daily life, basically I'm preparing to enter the university and so on, you can imagine. The point is that in all this time of change of routines and so on I felt like watching two movies that are about almost the same thing but are very different stories, two biographical films that show the birth of two great companies from the point of view of its main founder, those two movies are Social Network and Jobs, both of them completely enchanted me but it is not because of preference or anything like that why I will talk first about Jobs, because this was the last one I saw and it will be easier for me to grab the ideas of the movie to form the analysis and opinion of today, so with pleasure today I will share with you about Jobs, the biographical film of Steve Jobs.
Steve Jobs was the main founder of the giant company Apple, along with Steve Wozniak and some acquaintances from college began to create the first computer in which you could see what you were working there. Jobs always wished with ambition the innovation of the world of computers, in which he saw a lot of potential and that today are innovations that completely changed the world, this film shows in detail the process of these innovations between 1970 to mid-90s.
Leaving aside the more biographical part, let's go with the movie. I can't assure the veracity of certain moments since normally biographical movies of this style are not 100% accurate to reality, there is always one or another detail that is changed, but anyway. At first I found it very peculiar how Jobs is portrayed, basically at first as a hippie little concerned about what he studies, working as a designer in the offices of Atari and the first thing that stands out in these moments is his attitude when working, exaggeratedly hard with other people just to seek perfection in their work, which irritates his colleagues and even his boss. Therefore he decides to do his work on his own and seeing that it is more complex than he thought, he turns to his friend, Steve Wozniak to help him in the electronic part of the game he was designing. There would be a point that impacts the film since the interaction with Wozniak would be what would lead him to a visit to his house for the first time to see Wozniak's project, a computer in which you could see with a monitor everything that was being worked on there. With much eagerness, Jobs sees the future in that small invention and on the contrary of Wozniak, Jobs wants to make it recognized for being an invention of great potential, it is there when it is born for the first time halfway to show that computer, the name Apple that everyone recognizes today.
It is certainly exciting to see the beginnings of the great company, that only in the garage of Jobs' family and together with some acquaintances from the university the great invention that was the first Apple computer was carried out and here we go with another very interesting aspect of Jobs in this film: his ability to negotiate. The first person interested in the computer worked in an electronic components store and asked the Apple team to manufacture a certain amount of computers in exchange for a sum of money. At the time of delivery the first impression he had was that the computers did not come with the screen included, which was not expected because at the time of ordering he thought it would come with this aspect, Jobs' response was simple, that he would sell the computers apart from the monitors as delivered, as they were perfectly assembled computers that were worth paying for. Another interesting thing that is seen in this scene is one of the aspects that made the Apple conventions special and that is to create hype for the new inventions, in this case the Apple II that had not even begun to design but it was already an idea that he had in mind to realize and this time yes, with a screen.
But not everything is to see Apple grow in this movie, Jobs personal life is also treated in the plot, his relationship with the mother of his daughter, Lisa and a few conflicts with his workers because of his attitude, which would end according to the movie because of his breakup with Chrisann Brenan just when she tells Jobs that she is pregnant. Jobs was undoubtedly a perfectionist, being a designer he wanted everything to be exactly as planned whatever the obstacle that was shown in the way of their innovations, therefore Wozniak also let him know that his way of being had gone beyond doing what he liked and was more ambitious, which generated some conflict to the same Wozniak, who eventually would resign from the company some time later. The same thing would happen with Jobs, who was fired to place John Sculley (marketing director of the company) as the new director of Apple. As a result of this Jobs would dedicate himself to his new company with the same principles, NeXT, apart from dedicating himself a little more to his personal life.
Beyond how accurate the biography may be in the plot and others, it is a very good plot accompanied by great performances, perfectly shows the principles that Jobs had in Apple from its beginnings until his return in the 90s, I really like it because I am very interested in everything that comes with respect to innovation, and it is really shocking the fact that thanks to the inventions of Jobs we have things of our day to day that are indispensable, Jobs would die in 2011 but his influence on the modern world will be remarkable for years and years to come. It is really refreshing to watch this movie, you will surely learn something from it and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes the world of technology.

¡Hola comunidad! ¿Como están todos? Yo por mi parte bien, se que estuve algo perdido pero ya tendré el momento para tocar el tema mas a fondo acerca del gran cambio que hubo en mi día a día, básicamente estoy preparándome para entrar a la universidad y etc, se podrán imaginar. El punto es que dentro de todo este tiempo de cambio de rutinas y demás me entraron ganas de ver dos películas que tratan casi lo mismo pero son historias muy diferentes, dos películas biográficas que muestran el nacimiento de dos grandes compañías desde el punto de vista de su principal fundador, esas dos películas son Red Social y Jobs, ambas me encantaron por completo pero no es por cosa de preferencia ni nada por el estilo por el que hablare primero de Jobs, pues esta fue la ultima que vi y se me hará mas fácil agarrar las ideas de la película para formar el análisis y opinión del día de hoy, así que con mucho gusto hoy les comparto acerca de Jobs, la película biográfica de Steve Jobs.
Steve Jobs fue el principal fundador de la gigante compañía Apple, junto con Steve Wozniak y unos conocidos de la universidad empezaron a crear el primer computador en el que podías ver lo que trabajabas allí. Jobs siempre deseaba con ambición la innovación del mundo de las computadoras, en la cual veía mucho potencial y que a día de hoy son innovaciones que cambiaron por completo al mundo, en esta película se muestra con detalle el proceso de estas innovaciones de entre 1970 a mediados de los 90.
Dejando algo de lado la parte mas biográfica, vamos con la película. No puedo asegurar la veracidad de ciertos momentos ya que normalmente las películas biográficas del estilo no son al 100% apegadas a la realidad, siempre hay uno que otro detalle que se cambia pero en fin. En un principio me pareció muy peculiar como se retrata a Jobs, básicamente en un principio como un hippie poco preocupado por lo que estudia, trabajando como diseñador en las oficinas de Atari y lo primero que resalta en estos momentos es su actitud al momento de trabajar, exageradamente duro con otras personas solo por buscar la perfección en sus trabajos, cosa que irrita a sus compañeros e incluso a su jefe. Por ende decide hacer su trabajo por su cuenta y viendo que es mas complejo de lo que pensaba, recurre a su amigo, Steve Wozniak para ayudarlo en la parte electrónica de ese juego que estaba diseñando. Allí seria un punto que impacta en la película ya que la interacción con Wozniak seria lo que lo llevaría a que en una visita a su casa por primera vez vería el proyecto de Wozniak, un computador en el que podrías ver con un monitor todo lo que se trabajaba allí. Con muchas ansias, Jobs ve futuro en ese pequeño invento y por el contrario de Wozniak, Jobs quiere hacerlo reconocer por ser un invento de gran potencial, es allí cuando nace por primera vez a medio camino de mostrar ese computador, el nombre Apple que todos reconocen hoy en dia.
Sin duda es emocionante ver los comienzos de la gran compañía, que tan solo en el garaje de la familia de Jobs y junto a unos conocidos de la universidad se haya llevado acabo el gran invento que fue la primera computadora de Apple y acá vamos con otro aspecto muy interesante de Jobs dentro de esta película: su habilidad de negociar. El primer interesado en el computador trabajaba en una tienda de componentes electrónicos y pidió al equipo de Apple a que fabricara una cierta cantidad de computadores a cambio de una suma de dinero. Al momento de hacer la entrega la primera impresión que tuvo es que los computadores no traían la pantalla incluida, cosa que no se espero ya que al momento de hacer el pedido el pensaría que vendría con este aspecto, la respuesta de Jobs fue sencilla, que el vendiera los computadores aparte de los monitores tal cual como se había entregado, pues eran computadores perfectamente ensamblados que valían la pena pagar. Otra cosa interesante que se ve en esta escena es uno de los aspectos que hacían especiales las convenciones de Apple y es el crear hype por los nuevos inventos, en este caso el Apple II que ni siquiera se había empezado a diseñar pero ya era una idea que el tenia en mente realizar y esta vez si, con una pantalla.
Pero no todo es el ver crecer a Apple en esta película, la vida personal de Jobs también es tratada en la trama, su relación con la madre de su hija, Lisa y unos cuantos conflictos con sus trabajadores por su actitud, que terminaría según la película a raíz de su rompimiento con Chrisann Brenan justo al momento que le dice a Jobs que esta embarazada. Jobs sin duda era un perfeccionista, pues siendo diseñador quería que todo fuera exactamente como se planeaba sea cual sea el obstáculo que se mostrara en el camino de sus innovaciones, por ende Wozniak le hace saber también que su manera de ser había ido mas allá de hacer lo que le gustaba y era mas ambicioso, cosa que le generaba algo de conflicto al mismo Wozniak, que al final renunciaría a la empresa un tiempo después. Lo mismo pasaría con Jobs, al cual despidieron para colocar a John Sculley (director de marketing de la empresa) como el nuevo director de Apple. A raíz de esto Jobs se dedicaría a su nueva compañía con mismos principios, NeXT, aparte de dedicarse un poco mas a su vida personal.
Mas allá de cuan exacto pueda ser la biografía en la trama y demás, es una trama muy buena acompañada de grandes actuaciones, muestra perfectamente los principios que tenia Jobs en Apple desde sus inicios hasta su regreso en los 90, me gusta mucho ya que a mi me interesa mucho todo lo que viene con respecto a la innovación, y es realmente impactante el hecho de que gracias a los inventos de Jobs se tengan cosas de nuestro día a día que son indispensables, Jobs fallecería en 2011 pero su influencia en el mundo moderno sera notable por años y años en adelante. Es realmente refrescante ver esta película, seguro que aprenderás algo de ella y la recomiendo con mucha seguridad a todo aquel que le guste el mundo de la tecnología.
