Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Here's a look at one of my recent breakfast creations. A delicious Bacon, Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich served on a Portuguese Roll, and topped with a Potato Ball (also known as a Papa Rellena) from Porto's Bakery. I ordered a box of Potato Ball's from Porto's Bakery, and thought they would be a perfect addition to a bacon, egg & cheese. Boy, was I right! It was one of the best toppers I've ever tried. I cooked the eggs over-medium, so there was some nice yolk flow. Overall, it was amazing. I look forward to making more soon.
