I'm a little late with this post, but on May 22, 2020 the world celebrated the 10th anniversary of Bitcoin Pizza Day! This was 10 years since the day Laszlo Hanyecz completed the first ever documented purchase using bitcoin, spending 10,000 BTC on a couple of Papa John's pizzas. I celebrated by enjoying a nice, buttery homemade Lobster pizza made by my mother @sjagoe. It's a top notch specialty pizza loaded with chunks of fresh lobster meat. Overall it was a delicious summertime treat, and a great way to celebrate the 10th year anniversary of bitcoin pizza day.
