The guilty (2021) - What we hide haunts us [Esp-Eng]
Greetings dear friends, I hope you are very well and have had a super, ultra, mega, great day, this day I decided to share with you my opinion about a movie I saw recently, we saw this movie on the recommendation of some friends we were visiting, they had already seen it before, but kindly saw it again to join us.
It is a movie called "Guilty" and stars the renowned actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who is a detective who due to a situation at work, was demoted and now must attend emergency calls, as a 911 operator, his character Joe, is a man clearly impatient and aggressive, easily loses his patience and treats badly to anyone who crosses him.
Saludos queridos amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido un día súper, ultra, mega, genial, este día me animé a compartir con ustedes mi opinión sobre una película que vi recientemente, esta película la vimos por recomendación de unos amigos a los que estuvimos visitando, ellos ya la habían visto anteriormente, pero, amablemente la vieron de nuevo para acompañarnos.
Se trata de una película llama "culpable" y la protagoniza el actor reconocido Jake Gyllenhaal, quien es un detective que debido a una situación en el trabajo, fue degradado de puesto y ahora debe atender llamadas de emergencia, como operador de 911, su personaje Joe, es un hombre claramente impaciente y agresivo, fácilmente pierde la paciencia y trata mal a quien se le atraviese.
However, inside him, there is a human being who feels empathy, for that reason, despite the tension and stress that this job causes him, he helps the users to solve their problems and send them help when necessary, during the whole movie we will see him sitting in front of a computer answering emergency phone calls, but for me this movie proved to need nothing else to be interesting.
Every minute is full of intense scenes that inevitably make you get into the story, you feel the desperation of the characters and of course you can't help but feel empathy for them, despite only hearing their voices, so the film manages to make your imagination fly, in my case I put a face to each character and every time they spoke I imagined them.
Sin embargo, dentro de él, hay un ser humano que siente empatía, por esa razón, a pesar de la tensión y estrés que le causa esta empleo, ayuda a los usuarios a resolver sus problemas y a enviarles ayuda Cuándo es necesario, durante toda la película lo veremos a el sentado frente a una computadora atendiendo llamadas telefónicas de emergencia, pero para mí esta película demostró necesitar nada más para ser interesante.
Cada minuto está lleno de escenas intensas que inevitablemente te hacen meterse dentro de la historia, sientes la desesperación de los personajes Y claro que tampoco puedes evitar, sentir empatía por ellos, a pesar de solo escuchar sus voces, Así que la película logra hace volar tu imaginación, en mi caso le puse un rostro a cada personaje y cada que hablaban me los imaginaba.
There are several situations in the film that fill you with a lot of stress, and seeing how Joe reacts, can become desperate, because besides being quite impulsive he suffers from asthma and constantly due to the different calls, the stress makes him use his inhaler, because the situations literally make him lose his breath, at the same time you find yourself biting your nails from the outside.
Joe makes it clear that when you want to help you really do it, but when you don't do it for the right reasons, sometimes we get blinded, and we don't do things as we should, for example, if we help others because we feel guilty about something we did before, this can cause feelings to be involved and we don't think correctly and wrongly make wrong judgments.
Se presentan varias situaciones en la película que te llenan de muchísimo estrés, y ver cómo reacciona Joe, puede llegar a ser desesperante, pues además de ser bastante impulsivo sufre de asma y constantemente debido a las diferentes llamadas, la tensión hace que deba usar su inhalador, porque literalmente las situaciones le hacen perder el aliento, al mismo tiempo que uno se encuentra mordiéndose las uñas desde fuera.
Joe nos deja claro que cuando se quiere ayudar realmente se hace, pero que cuando no lo hacemos por los motivos correctos, a veces nos cegamos, y no hacemos las cosas como deberíamos, por ejemplo, si ayudamos a otros porque nos sentimos culpables por algo que hicimos antes, esto puede hacer que haya sentimientos envueltos y que no pensemos correctamente y erróneamente hagamos juicios equivocados.
The film teaches us several interesting things, I am struck by how it deals with the issue of the power of the authorities, we have all seen how someone who has some power, to everything unfairly with others, how is the feeling of superiority has led him to not only treat others badly, if not do things that are clearly not right, for example it is common to see that the authorities act with corruption, making it clear that with some money can let pass your mistake or another, no matter how serious it is.
In some countries this is a very serious problem, because the authority that certain people have has led them to do things that are illegal, for example to end the life of another person only because of their skin color or even their social status, this is something that outrages many of us, but still continues to happen, I do not mean by this that all people who have authority are bad, I just say that if we get carried away by the power, then we can come to believe that we are free to do anything.
La película nos enseña varias cosas interesantes, me llama la atención como trata el tema del poder de las autoridades, todos hemos visto como alguien que tiene algo de poder, a todo injustamente con otros, cómo es el sentimiento de superioridad lo ha llevado a no solo tratar mal a los demás, si no hacer cosas que claramente no están bien, por ejemplo es común ver que las autoridades actúan con corrupción, dejando claro que con algo de dinero puede dejar pasar tu error o el de otro, sin importar lo grave que sea.
En algunos países este es un problema bastante grave, pues la autoridad que tienen ciertas personas los ha llevado a hacer cosas que son ilegales, por ejemplo acabar con la vida de otra persona únicamente por su color de piel o incluso su estatus social, esto es algo que a muchos nos indigna, pero aun así continúa pasando, no quiero decir con esto que todas las personas que tienen autoridad sean malas, nada más digo que sí nos dejamos llevar por el poder, entonces podemos llegar a creer que somos libres de hacer cualquier cosa.
On the other hand, getting carried away by our feelings, sometimes you can bring unfortunate consequences, looking only at someone's appearance or the mistakes they made in the past, can make us make serious mistakes, not always people are bad because of what they did before, because at the end of the day, we can all make a mistake, therefore, the right thing to do would be to give people the benefit of the doubt before passing judgment.
This Film also shows us how guilt can wear a person down, living thinking about what we have to say so that something we have done is not discovered is a complete torture, besides useless because we know that in the long run all things are known, guilt can gradually kill us and take away what we love so much, therefore, the best thing we can do is to admit our mistakes and accept the consequences.
Por otra parte, dejarnos llevar por nuestros sentimientos, a veces puedes traer consecuencias lamentables, fijarnos solo en la apariencia de alguien o en los errores que cometió en el pasado, puede hacernos cometer errores graves, no siempre la gente es mala por lo que hizo antes, porque a fin de cuentas, todos podemos cometer un error, por lo tanto, lo correcto sería darle el beneficio de la duda a las personas antes de emitir un juicio.
Este Film también nos muestra como la culpa puede desgastar a una persona, vivir pensando en lo que tenemos que decir para que no se descubra algo que hemos hecho es una completa tortura, además de inútil porque sabemos que a la larga todas las cosas se saben, la culpa puede poco a poco acabar con nosotros y llevarse aquello que tanto amamos, por lo cual, lo mejor que podemos hacer es, admitir nuestros errores y aceptar las consecuencias.

Soy fan del señor (Jake Gyllenhaal) creo que el 95% de las películas que he visto de este actor son geniales y sobre todo aquellas de bajo presupuesto o sin tanta propaganda es donde realmente brilla este actor y se come a sus personajes en el buen sentido.
La película es clara y sencilla solo necesita mantener al espectador pegado al sofá y que se le haga difícil resolver o intentar descifrar lo que esta ocurriendo. Tensión, suspenso, ansiedad y algo de preocupación es lo que me enamoro y lo supe disfrutar. Aun mas cuando todo se concentra en una sola atmosfera sin la necesidad de enormes escenarios o espacios para lograr impactar al espectador y eso me agrada ya que mientras todo se concentra en un solo lugar y son pocos los personajes que interactúan la tensión, terror o lo que se desee transmitir tienen mas oportunidad de ser desarrollados y esta película lo logro para mi.
No es la mejor película, ero no es nada despreciable la volvería a ver sin ningún problema.
Me gustaría recomendarte par de películas donde aparece este actor que quizás te agraden si aun no la has visto.
