Empanadas de masa de galletas de avena rellenas de chocolate, como siempre cada tarde preparo una merienda, las galletas son uno de mis postres preferidos porque además de ser fáciles de preparar, la variedad de sabores es infinita, por ejemplo, hoy se las muestro en forma de empanadas y las rellené de chocolate, hacer empanadas de esta manera es delicioso, la masa se quiebra y deshace en la boca al morder, el relleno puede ser el que más te guste, chocolate fue mi opción, aunque la nutella, la crema de mantequilla o las mermeladas son una buena opción también, disfruten de la preparación.

▪️ 1 cucharada de mantequilla, 1 taza de hojuelas de avena, 1 cucharada de harina de trigo, 1 huevo, 1 cucharada de azúcar, chocolate.
