Family dinner at Jap's Garden Resto

Dinner is a meal of the day where members of the family should be together. It should not be in a hurry but enjoying the meal with the presence of every family member.

Christmas bonus and 13th month pay were already given to employees where my husband is working. It's too early right? But it is better to receive it early than nothing.

I don't know if my husband withdraw it already from the ATM until last Sunday he went home and told us to prepare because we are going somewhere. I asked him where? and then he said to JAP'S GARDEN RESTO.

Eating dinner outside is not usual for us. It is so expensive and it is out of our budget. I always thought that it is better to cook at home because you can eat a lot and it is economical. But since my husband (the one who is working) invite us to have dinner outside, I never said no. Though in the back of my mind I am saying it is expensive but I also agree since it is happened once in a blue moon, lol.

The last time we had dinner outside is last January 03 of this year, it was almost 11 months ago. So, no more negative thinking and we hurriedly prepare to go. My son is the most excited as he wanted to go out most of the time.

We arrived there as early at 5:15 in the afternoon. My husband made the order while I took the time to take pictures around.

I love the formation of plants. I like how they formed their shapes accordingly. It is really a beautiful landscapes.

I also love the calmness and the quietness of the place. You can relax for a while and forget the problems of life. The surroundings is clean and you really have a privacy in the chosen cottage.

I don't know what they are talking about but I love to see them together for a moment. They seldom bond as a father and son because my husband is at work during the day and they have lesser time at night.

After taking pictures, I joined with them and we have our simple family picture.

My son asked where the food? We laugh because he seems waiting for a long time. We said that they still cook and prepare our food. I showed him the order number and took a picture with it.

While waiting, the sun sets and it is already dark. The Christmas lights shows their beauty with the plants around.

My son was amazed in the Christmas lights and he even asked me if he could touch it. Look at him, he seems wanted to talk to the lights, lol.

Unexpectedly, I met my college friend whom I never seen for a long time. She and her family was there for a dinner too. She took a picture of us and send it to our GC.

We took a picture of her daughter and my son too. Last time they met, my son is still very small and just starting to walk.

After about 25 minutes of waiting, the food was delivered to our cottage. My son never forgets to wash his hands before eating, in fact he wash his hands ahead and wash it again before we eat.

My husband just ordered chicken with unlimited rice for 118.00 each and buko halo (not in the picture) for 95.00. It cost 449.00($8.98) all in all.

We prayed before eating and enjoyed our once in a blue moon dinner outside. We're not in a hurry so we enjoy the moment together. I am happy for atleast one meal I don't have a problem what to cook and someone served food for us and lastly I don't need to wash the dishes after, lol.

We say thank you to my husband for the treat.

We are done and about to leave when we met our churchmate who just got there for a dinner too. We have a little chitchat and then there is a power interruption in the area and the place shows another beauty at dark.

Our son enjoyed swinging and he finds new friend. He don't even want to leave when I told him we are going home. I told him to bid goodbye to his new friends.
