Esp/Eng: Cachapas de maíz con queso, uno de los platos preferidos en el desayuno Venezolano!

Es garto para mi, estar nuevamente por acá con ustedes; conociendo y compartiendo recetas saludables y deliciosas.
Hoy, les traigo una #receta autóctona y tan venezolana como la arepa; y una de las preferidas a la hora del desayuno; se trata de unas cachapas de maíz tierno, servidas con mantequilla y queso blanco.
El maíz, un alimento muy completo, que contiene muchas vitaminas y minerales; aportando grandes beneficios a nuestro cuerpo al consumirlo tales como: vitaminas B1 y B3; aliadas de las funciones cerebrales, además de aportar energía a nuestro organismo.
Se puede preparar de muchas maneras; siendo una de las má scomunes, la harina de maíz, para la preparación de arepas, bollitos, y empanadas; también se consume sancochado, asado, cotufas, atoles, y por supuesto en cachapas.
Estamos en temporada, y es propicia la ocasión para provechar el consumo fresco de este maravilloso cereal; así que, preparé unas ricas cachapas en casa para mi desauyno en familia.

Today, I bring you an autochthonous #recipe as Venezuelan as the arepa; and one of the favorites at breakfast time; it's about some cachapas of tender corn, served with butter and white cheese.
Corn, a very complete food, which contains many vitamins and minerals, providing great benefits to our body when consuming it such as: vitamins B1 and B3; allies of brain functions, in addition to providing energy to our body.
It can be prepared in many ways; being one of the most common, corn flour, for the preparation of arepas, bollitos, and empanadas; it is also consumed parboiled, roasted, cotufas, atoles, and of course in cachapas.
We are in season, and it is the right time to take advantage of the fresh consumption of this wonderful cereal; so, I prepared some delicious cachapas at home for my family's enjoyment.
MATERIALES
masa de maíz tierno
azúcar
sal
aceite.
MATERIALS
soft corn dough
sugar
salt
oil.
PREPARACIÓN
Si se tiene la mazorca, se desgradn, y se muele, para obtener la masa; ahorita como es temporada, se consigue la masa lista.
Se le agrega azúcar, sal y aceite, se mezcla bien.
PREPARATION
If you have the corncob, it is degrades, and grinds, to obtain the dough; now as it is the season, you can get the dough ready.
Sugar, salt and oil are added and mixed well.
Se toma una cantidad de acuerdo al tamaño que se vayan a hacer las cachapas, y se extienden en una sartén engrasada con aceite, dejando cocinar por ambos lados.
Take an amount according to the size of the cachapas to be made, and spread them in a frying pan greased with oil, letting them cook on both sides.
Al salir, calientitas, se les unta un poco de mantequilla.
When they come out, warm, they are spread with a little butter.
Se ralla queso blanco, y se sirven.
Grate white cheese and serve.
