Hello Hive @afri-tunes community week #51. My name is @jesus-son . I am here with my entry for afri-tunes event week #51. It is a pleasure amd a thing of joy for me as I am also marking my birthday today.

Some people say it is supposed to be on the 29th but I shifted it to 28th of February, lolz, but it is not true anyways.

I am specially grateful to God first of all for the blessings He has bestowed on me. I am grateful to my parents- Late Mr. Hyacinth Abugu (may his soul rest in peace) and my mother Mrs. Ursla Abugu. May God continue to keep her for me.

I am grateful to all my siblings, friends in the religious family and other life categories. It is in this mood of celebration that I bring you a cover of the song by Mercy Chinwo titled "Excess love".

This is a song that was released some years ago and was very popular among many Nigerian and even non-Nigerians. It is a song that expresses God's unconditional love for His people.

It is no news that Christ came into the world to die for us even while we were still sinners. We didn't deserve that sacrifice but He did it for the sake of the Love He has for us. This is enough and indeed more than enough reason for us to adore Him with our voices and our way of life.

I look back, front and sides and all I can see is God’s love and mercy. Our God is never tired of doing miracles. I remember last year we were nine that went for a one year program somewhere and after which three of us were passed and the other six didn't. Not like I did anything special but the love of God just keeps me going and I am really grateful. There are many other occasions He has proven to be God in my life within the space of a year and I am really grateful.

I wish I can actually open my heart to express myself totally to God because words are never sufficient to do so. But being that it is the only thing I can do, I say a very big thank you to God.

Please my dear friends, join me as I celebrate in thanking God. I am grateful to all of you here who has been supportive to me since my entry in this blockchain and more specifically in this community. God bless you all.
