Hive Music Festival week #61 Round 1 || A Cover of Luce del mondo (light of the world) || [Eng/Esp]

Hello Hive music zone community and the participants in the hive music festival initiative, my name is @jesus-son and here I have come to join in this initiative and enjoy with the many great fingers and voices here. For the three occasions that I have shared a post in this community on the occasionof the song challenge, I experienced the communal love which radiate herein and which calls each musician to keep waxing stronger and stronger. I hope you enjoy my presentation as I sing and play the piano.

Lately, I relocated and now live in Italy and have been learning the Italian language and alongside some Italian songs. I can testify that Italians have some good Melodies. The song I share here is one of the songs that I have come to love and which evoke great emotions deep within me. Well maybe I love the song because there is a version of it in Rnglish which we sing in Nigeria and which I love too. But then another thing is the beauty of the Italian language. It is a beauty to behold eventhough difficult for me to learn. Everyday I have to work hard to learn something new inorder to make progress.

The song is titled: "luce del mondo" which means light of the world. The question is to whom is the statement directed? Maybe to God, following from the content of the full lyrics. However, the concept of light of the world can be applied to everyone of us. And in fact, Christ Himself stated it in the gospel that we are light of the world and added that we should let our light shine forth to all men. What a beauty of a statement to behold.

God is however, the first to be light of the world because, it is through Him that we can see. It is through Him that we have our being. But He calls us to share in that quality of being light of the world. It is now a thing of our choice to be or not.

I recommend that we be that light which men need to see the way forward. Let us be sources of life for people who are in despair. Let God be proud of us as we reflect the light He is. I bring you this cover with much love. I hope you enjoy it.

Hola comunidad de Hive Music Zone y participantes en la iniciativa del Hive Music Festival, mi nombre es @jesus-son y aquí he venido para unirme a esta iniciativa y disfrutar con los muchos dedos y voces geniales que hay aquí. En las tres ocasiones que he compartido una publicación en esta comunidad con motivo del desafío de la canción, experimenté el amor comunitario que aquí se irradia y que llama a cada músico a seguir fortaleciéndose cada vez más. Espero que disfrutes mi presentación mientras canto y toco el piano.

Últimamente me mudé y ahora vivo en Italia y he estado aprendiendo el idioma italiano y escuchando algunas canciones italianas. Puedo dar fe de que los italianos tienen buenas melodías. La canción que comparto aquí es una de las canciones que más me encantan y que evocan grandes emociones en lo más profundo de mí. Bueno, tal vez me encanta la canción porque hay una versión en inglés que cantamos en Nigeria y que también me encanta. Pero otra cosa es la belleza de la lengua italiana. Es una belleza de contemplar aunque me resulte difícil aprenderla. Todos los días tengo que trabajar duro para aprender algo nuevo para poder progresar.

La canción se titula: "luce del mondo" que significa luz del mundo. La pregunta es ¿a quién va dirigida la declaración? Quizás a Dios, según el contenido de la letra completa. Sin embargo, el concepto de luz del mundo se puede aplicar a todos nosotros. Y de hecho, Cristo mismo afirmó en el evangelio que somos luz del mundo y añadió que debemos dejar que nuestra luz brille para todos los hombres. Qué belleza de declaración para la vista.

Dios es sin embargo el primero en ser luz del mundo porque es a través de Él que podemos ver. Es a través de Él que tenemos nuestro ser. Pero Él nos llama a compartir esa cualidad de ser luz del mundo. Ahora es una cuestión de nuestra elección serlo o no.

Recomiendo que seamos esa luz que los hombres necesitan para ver el camino a seguir. Seamos fuentes de vida para las personas que están desesperadas. Que Dios esté orgulloso de nosotros mientras reflejamos la luz que Él es. Les traigo este cover con mucho cariño. Espero que lo disfruten.
