Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy @jesusaguilarvz Aquí les dejo un pequeño reto con un skill que es mi favorito, consistes en hacer durante 50 segundos tu máximo de handstand press en cualquiera de sus variaciones.
Greetings dear friends of the SWC community, I am @jesusaguilarvz Here I leave you a small challenge with a skill that is my favorite, it consists of doing your maximum handstand press for 50 seconds in any of its variations.
¡Puedes hacerlo en cualquiera de sus variantes, solo que debe ser continuo, no debes editar el video y haber recortes, en cualquiera de las variaciones debes de llegar a marcar el handstand, espero les guste y me apoyen comentando y compartiendo!
You can do it in any of its variants, only it must be continuous, you must not edit the video and have cuts, in any of the variations you must get to mark the handstand, I hope you like it and support me by commenting and sharing!
