Hace unas semanas, publicaba la primera parte de la celebración de los 15 años de mi sobrina, ahora les comparto la segunda parte donde les comento un poco de lo vivido en la fiesta que organizamos y realizamos el viernes pasado, 07 de julio. Fue genial prepararla pero todavía más magnífica la experiencia, puesto que aunque no empezamos a la hora acordada, 8:00 pm, todo lo demás salió según lo pautado y fluyó de manera muy espontánea.

En primer lugar, ya que mi hermano (el papá de la quinceañera) partió de este mundo, a mí me tocó hacer su presentación, buscándola a donde se maquilló, en la casa de una de sus amigas, la cual está relativamente cercana al lugar donde se realizó de la celebración, luego llevándola hacia la puerta para que hiciera la entrada al sitio del evento acompañada de su mamá y su abuela. De la misma manera, fui el primero que bailó el vals con ella y que, antes del brindis, dirigió unas palabras de agradecimiento a los asistentes y de motivación sobre el significado de la celebración de los quince años para mi sobrina. Este post lo terminaré con un resumen escrito de dichas palabras.

Antes de esto, quiero comentar también que luego del brindis todo se siguió desarrollando de muy buena manera. Pasamos a cantar el cumpleaños y proyectar un video donde en fotos resumimos algunos de los momentos más significativos de la quinceañera, resaltando aquellos que compartió con su papá, quien fue para él la niña de sus ojos, algo que se evidenció en todos y cada una de las capturas de la presentación.

El protocolo de la celebración continuó con una serenata que unos amigos le dedicaron, con canciones muy propicias para la ocasión y, por ello, muy sentidas y que gustaron mucho. Posterior a esto, la fiesta continúo musicalmente a cargo del DJ que prefirió priorizar música más acorde a los adolescentes y jóvenes asistentes, tanto así que algunas de mis tías comentaban que la fiesta estuvo buena... pero para ellos, ja, ja, ja.

Alrededor de las 2:00 am, comenzamos con la hora loca, la cual también estuvo muy divertida, luego se empezó a repartir la torta a los asistentes, que fueron retirándose poco a poco. Los últimos en irnos del lugar fuimos mi mamá y yo (a las 4:00 am aproximadamente), puesto que nos queríamos asegurar de que todo terminara tan bien como estuvo desde el principio.

Tengo que terminar retirando que estoy muy satisfecho por la celebración, en su preparación, desarrollo y desenlace, tanto por el hecho de que mi sobrina se disfrutó el momento así como también tuve la oportunidad de compartir con ella, mi familia y unos muy buenos amigos, que también son conocidos de ella.

Como comenté arriba, terminaré este post dejando un resumen de las palabras dirigidas antes del brindis:

Quise partir de algunas frases para resaltar el significado de ese momento. En primer lugar, una que acuñó el poeta Rubén Darío y que dice: "Juventud, divino tesoro, ¡ya te vas para no volver!", la celebración de los 15 años son las puertas que inauguran una de las mejores etapas de la vida del ser humano, la juventud, puesto que es la mejor edad para soñar y luchar por eso que queremos lograr. Es realmente maravilloso tener en nuestras manos la preciada juventud, donde los sueños no acaban y el miedo no se conoce.

Por esta razón, las palabras principales para mi sobrina fueron: "Empodérate de tus acciones, tu camino, tu destino", puesto que nada está escrito, sino que tenemos una vida por delante que será tan hermosa y maravillosa como nosotros queramos. Además, "no estás sola", puesto que tu papá desde el cielo y nosotros desde la tierra siempre te acompañaremos, "nunca te sientas sola, porque no estás sola."

Los nombres de mi sobrina, "Génesis Victoria", son realmente hermosos. Cada uno guarda un especial significado, "Génesis", como el principio no solo en cuanto a tiempo sino los principios que deben guiar nuestras vidas, "Sé siempre fiel a ti misma", "eres grandiosa, estas llena de talentos y habilidades", con ellos construyes tu vida. "Victoria", el optimismo y una mente positiva son los mejores acompañantes de la vida, nos enseñan que nacimos para ser victoriosos, pues, los fracasos en realidad son enseñanzas.

Finalmente, existen otras dos frases que confirman todo lo que quise transmitir. En Jeremías 29,11, donde la Palabra de Dios dice que "El Señor quiere darte un destino lleno de felicidad y esperanza.", así como Paulo Coelho que en el libro El Alquimista dice más de una vez que "cuando quieres algo, todo el universo conspira para que realices tu deseo."

A few weeks ago, I published the first part of the celebration of my niece's 15th birthday, now I share with you the second part where I tell you a little of what we experienced at the party we organized and held last Friday, July 7. It was great to prepare it but even more magnificent the experience, since although we did not start at the agreed time, 8:00 pm, everything else went as planned and flowed very spontaneously.

First of all, since my brother (the quinceañera's father) left this world, I was in charge of her introduction, looking for her where she got her make-up done, at one of her friends' house, which is relatively close to the place where the celebration took place, then taking her to the door so that she could enter the event site accompanied by her mother and grandmother. In the same way, I was the first one to waltz with her and, before the toast, I addressed a few words of thanks to the attendees and motivation about the meaning of the Quinceañera celebration for my niece. I will end this post with a written summary of those words.

Before this, I would also like to comment that after the toast everything went on in a very good way. We went on to sing the birthday song and project a video where in photos we summarized some of the most significant moments of the quinceañera, highlighting those that she shared with her dad, who was for him the apple of her eye, something that was evident in each and every one of the captures of the presentation.

The protocol of the celebration continued with a serenade that some friends dedicated to her, with songs very appropriate for the occasion and, therefore, very heartfelt and very much liked. After this, the party continued musically in charge of the DJ who preferred to prioritize music more in line with the teenagers and young people attending, so much so that some of my aunts commented that the party was good... but for them, ha, ha, ha, ha.

Around 2:00 am, we started with the crazy hour, which was also a lot of fun, then we began to distribute the cake to the attendees, who were retiring little by little. The last ones to leave the place were my mom and me (at 4:00 am approximately), since we wanted to make sure that everything ended as well as it did from the beginning.

I have to end by saying that I am very satisfied with the celebration, in its preparation, development and outcome, both for the fact that my niece enjoyed the moment as well as I had the opportunity to share with her, my family and some very good friends, who are also acquaintances of hers.

As I mentioned above, I will end this post by leaving a summary of the words spoken before the toast:

I wanted to start from some phrases to highlight the meaning of that moment. First of all, one coined by the poet Rubén Darío and which reads: "Youth, divine treasure, now you are leaving never to return!", the celebration of 15 years are the doors that inaugurate one of the best stages of human life, youth, since it is the best age to dream and fight for what we want to achieve. It is really wonderful to have in our hands the precious youth, where dreams do not end and fear is unknown.

For this reason, the main words for my niece were: "Empower yourself with your actions, your path, your destiny", since nothing is written, but we have a life ahead of us that will be as beautiful and wonderful as we want it to be. Also, "you are not alone," since your dad from heaven and us from earth will always accompany you, "never feel alone, because you are not alone."

My niece's names, "Genesis Victoria," are truly beautiful. Each one holds a special meaning, "Genesis", as the principle not only in terms of time but the principles that should guide our lives, "Always be true to yourself", "you are great, you are full of talents and abilities", with them you build your life. "Victory", optimism and a positive mind are the best companions of life, they teach us that we were born to be victorious, because, failures are actually teachings.

Finally, there are two other phrases that confirm everything I wanted to convey. In Jeremiah 29:11, where the Word of God says that "The Lord wants to give you a destiny full of happiness and hope.", as well as Paulo Coelho who in the book The Alchemist says more than once that "when you want something, the whole universe conspires for you to realize your desire."
