The previous episode ended with Steven's petrification and Marc's entry into the field of reeds (the Egyptian paradise). The two scenes where the existence of this personality becomes evident are: first when Moon Knight defeats Arthur and all his followers after Marc loses consciousness (as had already happened to him in previous episodes) and, second, in the post-credit scene when Arthur is taken out of the asylum by a man and put into a car. This man is the avatar of Konshu, who is the same as Marc but in his Jake Lockley personality, which is more ruthless and cold-blooded.
