These days I have been very attentive to the charts in various crypto assets, at the same time also attentive to important macroeconomic events such as yesterday where once again not only the interest rate was raised in a desperate attempt to lower inflation but also similar measures were announced for the coming months.
Well, despite how counterproductive this may be at first, one of the things I would like to highlight is the strength that the most important crypto assets have shown, because as much as this bearish market trend has beaten them up they are still fighting to hold on, as I write for example some of them are bouncing as if refusing to revisit the previous low prices, BTC, for example, has not yet touched the 17,622 of June 17.
I am not saying that they will not do it again, in fact, it would be exceptional for some of them to reach new lows, because of the opportunities for more capital to enter the market. What is clear is that even in the midst of the context we are living in economically, cryptocurrencies have resisted, from my point of view many factors have influenced, the issue of adoption for example is one that I would like to highlight.

Estos días he estado muy pendiente de las gráficas en diversos activos criptográficos, al mismo tiempo atento también a acontecimientos macroeconómicos importantes como la del día de ayer, dónde una vez más no solo se subió la tasa de interés en un intento desesperado de bajar la inflación, sino que también se anunciaron medidas semejantes para los próximos meses.
Pues bien, a pesar de lo contraproducente que esto en un principio puede ser, una de las cosas que quisiera resaltar es la solidez que han demostrado los criptoactivos de más importancia, pues por mucho que esta tendencia bajista del mercado les ha apaleado todavía se mantienen luchando por mantenerse, al momento que escribo por ejemplo algunos de ellos se encuentran dando un rebote como negándose a visitar de nuevo los precios mínimos anteriores, BTC por ejemplo no toca todavía los 17.622 del 17 de junio.
No estoy queriendo decir que no lo vuelvan a hacer, de hecho sería excepcional que algunos llegaran a nuevos mínimos, por las oportunidades de que entre más capital al mercado puedan dar. Lo que si queda claro es que entonces aún en medio del contexto que estamos viviendo a nivel económico las criptomonedas han resistido, desde mi punto de vista muchos factores han influido, el tema de la adopción por ejemplo es uno que me gustaría resaltar.
Adoption
I am filled with enthusiasm and am surprised every time I hear a new company, legislation, leader, or entrepreneur, among others, refer to the benefits of cryptocurrencies and see that they are adopting this new digital economy or at least preparing the ground for it. My surprise is that it is symbolic (as it was in 2008) that in the face of the collapse of traditional economic structures, this proposal emerges once again and with greater force. This is a pleasant surprise.
And it could not be otherwise, since in the face of the centralization of the traditional model, the decentralization of cryptocurrencies is liberating, in the face of censorship their security and privacy are a safeguard, but above all, in the face of inflation, most of their proposals are for the safeguarding of value.
And what surprises me, even more, is that the adoption is still in its first steps, so this trend that is bullish against the bearishness of its price the only thing that can forecast are better times for those who bet on the disruption posed by the projects that embrace cryptocurrencies as the main bastion of struggle.
Adopción
Me lleno de entusiasmo y me sorprendo cada vez que escucho a una nueva empresa, legislación, dirigente, emprendedores, entre otros más, referirse sobre las bondades de las criptomonedas y al ver que adoptan esta nueva economía digital o al menos están preparando el terreno para ello. Mi sorpresa es porque resulta simbólico (así como en el 2008) que ante el colapso de las estructuras económicas tradicionales emerja una vez más y con mayor fuerza esta propuesta. Se trata de una agradable sorpresa.
Y es que no puede ser de otra manera, ya que ante la centralización del modelo tradicional, la descentralización de las criptomonedas es liberadora, ante la censura su seguridad y privacidad es un salvoconducto, pero sobre todo ante la inflación, la mayoría de sus propuestas son de resguardo del valor.
Y lo que todavía me sorprende más es que la adopción está todavía en sus primeros pasos, de esta manera esta tendencia que es alcista ante la bajista de su precio, lo único que puede pronosticar son mejores tiempos para los que apostemos por la disrupción que plantean los proyectos que se abrazan a las criptomonedas como principal bastión de lucha.

Opportunities
Finally, I also want to share some of my thoughts on the opportunities that cryptocurrencies are giving us these days. Many said they wished BTC was back at 20k to buy, but now that it is they are afraid and don't do it. This is obviously not investment advice, but who understands them?
We don't know how low this downtrend in cryptocurrencies can go, but what is certain is that we are living in historic times in the sense that when some of these crypto assets take off again it may already be too late for complaints like "I would have bought when it was cheap". And yes, we can literally compare the current situation to the discounts that we sometimes find in any type of store of our preference, and how do we interpret these moments? As the ideal occasion to acquire what we have wanted for a long time.
The market moves by cycles, and now we are not only in a bearish one but also in one of accumulation, so if we have the opportunity to bet from now on for those projects that we see a solid future, why not do it now? Let's remember that we can be early adopters of very interesting proposals, whose positive impact will be seen and accepted on a larger scale in a few years, now the point is that we can already be experiencing these benefits.
Oportunidades
Finalmente, también quiero compartir algunos de mis pensamientos sobre las oportunidades que las criptomonedas nos están dando en estos tiempos. Muchos decían que desearían que BTC estuviera de nuevo a 20 mil para comprar, pero ahora que está tienen miedo y no lo hacen. Esto evidentemente no es consejo de inversión, pero ¿Quién los entiende?
No sabemos que tan bajo pueda llegar esta tendencia bajista de las criptomonedas, pero lo que si es cierto es que estamos viviendo unos momentos históricos en el sentido de que cuando algunos de estos criptoactivos despeguen de nuevo, quizá ya sea demasiado tarde para quejas del tipo "Hubiese comprado cuando estaba barato". Y es que sí, literalmente podemos comparar la situación actual como los descuentos que a veces nos encontramos en cualquier tipo de tienda de nuestra preferencia, ¿Y cómo interpretamos estos momentos? Como la ocasión ideal para adquirir eso que hemos deseado desde hace tiempo.
El mercado se mueve por ciclos, ahora estamos no solo en uno bajista sino también de acumulación, por lo que si tenemos la oportunidad de apostar desde ahora por esos proyectos que le vemos un futuro sólido, ¿Por qué no hacerlo desde ya? Recordemos que podemos ser unos early adopters de propuestas muy interesantes, cuyo impacto positivo se vea y acepte a escala mayor en unos años, ahora el punto es que estos beneficios ya nosotros lo podemos estar experimentando.
