Hace unos días, pudimos ver el último episodio de la serie de She-Hulk, y quiero compartirles mi opinión y crítica general con una serie que ha dado mucho que hablar porque rompe con lo que normalmente estamos acostumbrados a ver de Marvel, se ha querido presentar como una comedia ambientada en el marco legal, y en este contexto es que presenta las escenas de acción superheroicas, que es lo que la mayoría queremos ver, pero es aquí donde hay un punto importante que esta serie de manera especial nos recuerda.

Diversidad dentro de Marvel

Con esto me refiero que sobre todo para los que llegamos a Marvel Studios sin tener contacto con los cómics, podemos quedarnos con solo una parte de lo que Marvel tiene el potencial de ofrecer. Claro está que lo que se presenta en pantalla, sea grande o chica, tiene su propia argumentación y trama, pero esto no quiere decir que no tenga en cuenta las historias de los cómics, de hecho todos los personajes principales ¿dónde creen que se inspiran?

Pues bien, esta serie tiene ese punto positivo que es mostrarnos una narrativa más cercana a lo que nos podemos encontrar en los cómics: comedia, litigios judiciales, crossover con otros personajes, etc. Esto no le quita peso a una de las críticas que más ha gravitado sobre la serie y es que ha habido una saturación de episodios con unas tramas alejadas de la temática principal. Por ejemplo, hubo un episodio sobre una boda, ¿Realmente era necesario?

Rompiendo la cuarta pared

Esa técnica donde el personaje habla con la audiencia es algo también característico de She-Hulk, incluso en los cómics donde conversa con el escritor. Por esta razón, es algo que no han dejado de lado en la serie desde el inicio de la misma. De manera particular, me encantó lo que al respecto vimos en este último episodio, donde ya no solo habla con la audiencia, sino que sale de la serie con la intención de hablar con el equipo de producción.

En este contexto, el giro que le da Marvel a todas las críticas que recibió en el transcurso de la serie es muy astuto, pareciera que lo hubiera hecho todo con intención, y muchos caímos en la trampa. Tal vez, una de las cosas más espectaculares es cuando habla con Keiven, que aquí es una inteligencia artificial cuyo Acrónimo significa Nexo de interconexión visual mejorado por el conocimiento, pero de esto hablaré un poco más adelante.

En fin, me parece un recurso interesante, este de romper la cuarta pared, ya que es una forma de hacer feeling con la audiencia, además de que en este caso para este tipo de serie, que diría, no es para todo el mundo, resulta muy acorde. Considero que esta es una serie que o se puede ver solo en algunos episodios, la mayoría de los cuales son autoconclusivos en gran parte o si no en unas 4 horas y un poco más, ya que cada episodio dura entre 25 a 30 minutos.

Proyección de otros personajes

Otra de las notas características de esta serie ha sido el servir de presentación o mayor proyección de personajes, tales como Hulk, Abominación, Wong, Daredevil y la sorpresa de este episodio, el hijo de Hulk: Skaar, que aunque solo se asoma unos segundos durante las últimas escenas, deja la puerta abierta a un posterior desarrollo de todo lo relacionado con uno de los vengadores más antiguos y temidos.

Sin lugar a dudas, entre todos los personajes que se presentaron, el centro de atención estuvo siempre enfocado en Matt Murdock, Daredevil, ya que desde un principio fue anunciada su aparición como una forma tal vez de mantener enganchada a la audiencia, no sé, lo cierto es que también esto contribuyó a que la serie subiera el nivel de aceptación, porque todo apunta a que nuestro justiciero tendrá un papel importante en esta nueva fase del U.C.M.

Si soy sincero, esto, lleno mis expectativas, pues el título de la serie es She-Hulk, defensora de héroes, por lo tanto, el que haya este desfile de personajes no está fuera de lugar, más bien se agradece porque nos da algunas pistas sobre hacia donde se dirige la franquicia, como por ejemplo, lo que el mismo Kevin artificial de este episodio soltó sobre los X-Men, y que no les diré por si no han visto nada, y no hacerles sufrir con más spoilers, ja, ja, ja.

Diversity within Marvel

By this I mean that especially for those of us who come to Marvel Studios with no exposure to comics, we may be left with only a portion of what Marvel has the potential to offer. Of course what is presented on screen, big or small, has its own storyline and plot, but that doesn't mean it doesn't take comic book stories into account, in fact all the main characters where do you think they draw their inspiration from?

Well, this series has that positive point that is to show us a narrative closer to what we can find in the comics: comedy, court litigation, crossover with other characters, etc.. This does not take away the weight of one of the criticisms that has gravitated most on the series and that is that there has been a saturation of episodes with plots far from the main theme. Breaking the fourth wall

That technique where the character talks to the audience is something also characteristic of She-Hulk, even in the comics where he converses with the writer. For this reason, it's something they haven't left out in the series since the beginning of the series. In particular, I loved what we saw in this last episode, where he no longer just talks to the audience, but leaves the series with the intention of talking to the production team.

In this context, the twist that Marvel gives to all the criticism it received during the course of the series is very clever, it seems to have done it all with intention, and many of us fell into the trap. Perhaps, one of the most spectacular things is when he talks to Keiven, who here is an artificial intelligence whose Acronym stands for Knowledge Enhanced Visual Interconnection Nexus, but I'll talk about this a little later.

Anyway, it seems to me an interesting resource, this of breaking the fourth wall, as it is a way to make feeling with the audience, plus in this case for this type of series, which I would say, is not for everyone, it is very appropriate. I consider this to be a series that can either be watched in just a few episodes, most of which are largely self-conclusive or else in about 4 hours and a bit more, as each episode lasts between 25 to 30 minutes.

Projection of other characters

Another of the characteristic notes of this series has been the presentation or greater projection of characters such as the Hulk, Abomination, Wong, Daredevil and the surprise of this episode, the son of the Hulk: Skaar, who although he only appears for a few seconds during the last scenes, leaves the door open to a later development of everything related to one of the oldest and most feared avengers.

If I'm honest, this, filled my expectations, because the title of the series is She-Hulk, defender of heroes, therefore, the fact that there is this parade of characters is not out of place, rather it is appreciated because it gives us some clues about where the franchise is heading, such as what the same artificial Kevin of this episode released about the X-Men, and that I will not tell you in case you have not seen anything, and not make you suffer with more spoilers, ha, ha, ha, ha.
