Time is a measure that human beings have devised for our stay here on earth, in this way, time is very useful for us to keep an order in the things we do, so that we can say at "x" hour I do this and in another hour "y" the other.
In the same way, it is time that allows us to keep an orderly and therefore more efficient record of what we have done, so we can have a diary of life of what we have done a month ago or a few weeks ago and what we are doing recently.
As a personal anecdote I can share that I have had to learn to make friends with time, in the sense that on many occasions I have felt it more like that father who devours his children (as taught in Greek mythology) than as someone who helps me in my existence.
The confluence of these reflections on time with the philosophy behind the blockchain is that precisely this has as one of its pillars the sequential recording of data according to the time of their transaction, so that it serves to have a better and more reliable support for certain activities. Therefore, we can affirm that currently for a reliable report on the historicity of certain facts, there is nothing better than blockchain technology.
In fact, one of the arguments that I most like to cite to those who attack cryptocurrencies as a means that facilitates the realization of scams, I tell them that it is actually quite the opposite, because, if the blockchain technology used in the theft of certain cryptographic assets is really good, the possible criminal activities leave a trail that followed with meticulousness and the right techniques can lead even to the criminal mind. That is why, I always say that it is necessary to educate ourselves on the goodness and benefits of blockchain, it is like time always leaves its traces.
Time has a touch of unchangeability and eternity that resembles what happens with transactions in the blockchain, in fact, no minute is identical to another (not even in a hypothetical multiverse) so that we say phrases like "what is done, is done", which means that although, for example, we can repair something that we have done wrong in reality that has already happened and is unchangeable in that sense, we can not change it.
Also, "what happens in the blockchain, stays in the blockchain", that is to say, we cannot alter what we share there, here is the value of the data given in it, they are unique, even when later I can make another similar one. For example, here in Hive today I publish a post and tomorrow another, but although it is a similar activity (publication of a post) the time of its transaction in the blockchain is different as well as its content.
Finally, just as we must learn to see time as an ally and friend, since well managed it is a wonder, we must also learn to appreciate the benefits of the blockchain, it does not come to destroy or devour anything, but, on the contrary, it is a magnificent support when used correctly. So, for example, I feel very comfortable writing in Hive because I have a transparent and immutable record of everything I have published, which allows me to do many things, such as a study of my evolution as a writer, the topics with more interaction, the posts with more rewards, and so on.
I can always and at any time go back to them, as well as to my memories of the time of my childhood or youth, even more accurately, since the blockchain does not suffer from forgetfulness or gaps in its memory.

El tiempo es una medida que los seres humanos hemos ideado para nuestra estadía aquí en la tierra, de esta manera, el tiempo nos es muy útil para llevar un orden en las cosas que realizamos, de tal que podemos decir a "x" hora hago esto y en otra hora "y" lo otro.
De la misma manera, es el tiempo el que nos permite llevar un registro ordenado y por ello más eficiente de lo que hemos realizado, así podemos tener un diario de vida de lo que hemos hecho hace un mes o unas semanas y lo que estamos realizando recientemente.
Como anécdota personal puedo compartir que he tenido que aprender a hacerme amigo del tiempo, en el sentido de que en muchas ocasiones lo he sentido más como ese padre que devora a sus hijos (tal cual lo enseña la mitología griega) que como alguien que me ayude en mí existir.
La confluencia de estas reflexiones sobre el tiempo con la filosofía detrás de la blockchain es que precisamente esta tiene como uno de sus pilares el registro secuencial de datos según el momento temporal de su transacción, de tal manera que nos sirve para tener un mejor y más fiable soporte de determinadas actividades. Por ello, podemos afirmar que actualmente para un reporte fidedigno sobre la historicidad de ciertos hechos, nada mejor que la tecnología blockchain.
De hecho, uno de los argumentos que más me gusta citar a los que atacan a las criptomonedas cómo un medio que facilita la realización de estafas, les digo que en realidad es todo lo contrario, pues, si la tecnología blockchain usada en el robo de ciertos activos criptográficos es realmente buena, las posibles actividades delictivas dejan un rastro que seguido con meticulosidad y las técnicas adecuadas puede llevar hasta a la mente criminal. Por eso, siempre digo que es necesario educarnos en las bondades y beneficios de la blockchain, ella como el tiempo siempre deja sus huellas.
El tiempo tiene un toque de inalterabilidad y eternidad que se asemeja a lo que sucede con las transacciones en la blockchain, en efecto, ningún minuto es idéntico a otro (ni tan siquiera en un hipotético multiverso) de tal forma que decimos frases como "lo hecho, hecho está", lo cual quiere decir que aunque, por ejemplo, podamos reparar algo que hayamos realizado mal en realidad ya eso ha acontecido y es inalterable en ese sentido, no lo podemos cambiar.
Así también, "lo que pasa en la blockchain, queda en la blockchain", es decir, no podemos alterar lo que allí compartimos, he aquí el valor de los datos que en ella se dan, son únicos, incluso cuando más adelante pueda hacer otro semejante. Por ejemplo, aquí en Hive hoy publico un post y mañana otro, pero aunque sea una actividad semejante (publicación de un post) el tiempo de su transacción en la blockchain es diferente así como su contenido.
Finalmente, así como debemos aprender a ver el tiempo como un aliado y amigo, puesto que bien administrado es una maravilla, así también debemos aprender a apreciar las bondades de la blockchain, ella no viene a destruir ni devorar nada, sino que, al contrario, es un apoyo magnífico cuando se usa correctamente. Así, por ejemplo, me siento muy a gusto escribiendo en Hive porque poseo un registro transparente e inmutable de todo lo que he publicado, lo cual me permite realizar muchas cosas, como un estudio de mi evolución como escritor, los temas con más interacción, los post con más recompensas, etc.
Siempre y en cualquier momento puedo volver a ellos, así como a mis recuerdos del tiempo de mi niñez o juventud, incluso de manera más exacta, ya que la blockchain no sufre de olvido ni lagunas en su memoria.
