Inspiration, an emotional refuge at your fingertips (Spanish/English)

A loving greeting to all my Hive friends. Today I want to share with you a very nice exercise, which has helped me not to lose my way in the hardest moments of my life. Origami, better known as paper folding or origami, is an active meditation practice, I have been doing it for about 20 years and in the most difficult moments it has helped me to channel the pain, anger, helplessness or whatever I have had to face. We all need a little emotional refuge, for me origami has represented that and much more, hence the title of this post because I believe that everything that inspires us to be better people deserves that we devote more attention and time to it.

3.jpg

Although origami is considered a craft, it is actually an art, not only because of the beauties that can be built through it, but also because it allows us to master our attention, relax, breathe, improve posture and thus is a cure for one of the great evils of our times which are wandering minds. It also has numerous other benefits for our visual/motor skills and is very useful if we want to stimulate the reward system of our brain, I mean the beautiful results and the satisfaction that we have achieved it on our own helps us to produce numerous positive neurotransmitters.

5.jpg

In my case it has not only generated well-being in all these aspects, origami also has the magic of bringing hearts together. As soon as you show a figure made with paper folding to another person, they immediately ask you to teach them how to make it, this has allowed me to share with hundreds of people in the beautiful art of paper folding, from the smallest to older adults and the energy that flows between the people involved is fascinating.

4.jpg

I am a faithful advocate that all processes are better when they are enjoyed collectively, and origami has confirmed this even more. The group laughter, the results achieved as a team, the older kids helping the younger ones, the old ladies making their figures regardless of their motor or visual limitations, also helping each other, that sharing and human growth has given me origami.

2.jpg

I know that not all people are given to manual activities, but surely some other type of activity they like to do, my recommendation is that no matter what you choose, have these two characteristics, 1. Help you find yourself with yourself 2. Allow you to meet with others, because I'm sure that's happiness or at least brings us pretty close to it.

I say goodbye for now inviting you to dabble in this beautiful art and those who already practice it to spread it and form groups of creation, as it is these spaces that help us to improve as people.

Watch out for the human traffickers at hivefest. You wont know it until its too late. STAY AWAY! Beware, traffickers can be women or men! They will act nice until they dont. There is human trafficking going on around this type of crypto. I have witnessed it. They literally have attempted my murder and are trying to kill me with V2K and RNM. Five years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism ..... https://ecency.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem if you run into one of them you may want to immediately shoot them in the face. 187, annihilate, asphyxiate, assassinate, behead, bleed, bludgeon, boil, bomb, bone, burn, bury, butcher, cap, casket, choke, chop, club, crucify, crush, curb, decapitate, decimate, deflesh, demolish, destroy, devein, disembowel, dismember, drown, electrocute, eliminate, end, euthanize, eviscerate, execute, explode, exterminate, extinguish, finish, fry, grind, guillotine, gut, hack, hang, hit, ice, implode, incinerate, kill, liquidate, lynch, massacre, maul, microwave, mutilate, neutralize, obliterate, off, pop, poison, punnish, quarter, ruin, shank, shock, shoot, shred, skin, slay, slaughter, smoke, smother, snipe, snuff, squish, stab, strangle, stone, suffocate, suicide, SWAT, swing, terminate, torture, terrorize, whack, waste, wreck. Origami is an ancient art from Japan and for you to learn and share this to others is an admiring passion! Being fully immersed in doing something you like is meditation too! I bet those kids and adults enjoyed your classes.

Saluditos @jetta.amaya 🤓
