La fortuna de tenernos // INICIATIVA: 5 COSAS BUENAS QUE ME HAN PASADO CONTIGO (Español/Ingles)

Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive, me da mucho gusto estar una vez más en la bellísima comunidad Holos&Lotus esta vez en la INICIATIVA: 5 COSAS BUENAS QUE ME HAN PASADO CONTIGO propuesta por la bellísima @rosahidalgo, quien siempre nos está brindando un espacio para reconocer el amor en su forma más pura y saludable.

Una vez una amiga muy querida me comento que su pareja la había despertado en la mañana tomándola del brazo y agitándola con fuerza, ella se despertó asustada, pero al preguntarle qué pasaba, él le respondió: Nada, es para que te despiertes. En ese momento entendí, lo afortunada que soy al poder despertar amorosa y tranquilamente cada mañana con la persona que amo, que no me despierta, porque cuida mi descanso y si por alguna razón tiene que despertarme lo hace de la forma más suave y tranquila para no perturbarme.

A veces no valoramos esos pequeños detalles, hasta que entendemos que muchas personas no disfrutan de un buen amor, entonces decimos: Que afortunada soy. Así que la primera cosa buena que me ocurrió el día de ayer (y todos los días), fue despertar con mi querida @aly.squid en la mañana y sentir la fortuna del amor desde que abrí los ojos.

Empezamos el día conversando como siempre, porque una de las cosas que nos caracteriza es que siempre tenemos algo de que conversar, @aly.squid le encanta analizarlo todo, me plantea múltiples temas de cada situación propia o de algún conocido, de alguna película o serie que hayamos visto, o de la situación del país o algo que este aconteciendo en el mundo y de allí surgen mil conversaciones que se enlazan las unas con la otras y siempre nos estamos nutriendo a través del dialogo. Después del desayuno nos fuimos hacer las compras de vegetales y verduras de la semana, pues en nuestra comunidad surten la tiendita que nos gusta los días miércoles o jueves.

Esta es una de las actividades que más disfruto hacer con @aly.squid, pues juntas escogemos los alimentos que adoramos y pensamos en las recetas que podemos realizar durante la semana, pues ambas amamos cocinar y comer. Tratamos de hacer las compras el día que surten para que todo este fresco. Para mí, poder compartir este espacio juntas es una gran bendición, uno de los rituales que hemos construido juntas. Cuando llegamos a casa con las compras nos abrazamos y nos agradecemos por la abundancia y la fortuna de tener alimentos sanos para nuestros cuerpos.

Anoche fue muy especial, porque salimos a comer en la calle, no lo hacemos muy seguido porque como vivimos en una comunidad pequeña no hay muchas opciones, sobre todo para mí que soy vegetariana. Pero salimos a caminar y cenamos un rico perro caliente y de postre nos fuimos a la única heladería de la comunidad y nos permitimos la travesura de disfrutar de un helado de chocolate con trocitos de brownie. Esta es la tercera cosa maravillosa que me paso ayer, tener una cita romántica con mi querida Aly, como si el tiempo no hubiese pasado, sentir la misma ilusión de vernos en un lugar fuera de casa y tener una noche diferente.

Después de la comida, hicimos otro de nuestros rituales nocturnos, cada noche salimos a caminar, hacemos una hora de caminata que no solamente nos hace bien para nuestro cuerpo, también nos recrea y despeja mentalmente. Vivimos en una comunidad muy calurosa y en las noches baja la temperatura casi 10 °C, así que la frescura es notable; ese es nuestro momento ideal para salir a caminar. Después de la caminata llegamos a casa listas para hacer nuestra rutina de ejercicios, @aly.squid salta cuerda y yo la acompaño tomándole el tiempo y registrando su número de saltos. Al terminar ella continuo yo con mis ejercicios de fuerza, ella también me acompaña para ayudarme con los tiempos y monitorear mi postura, evitando alguna lesión. Esta es la cuarta cosa buena que deseo mencionar, tener a alguien que comparte conmigo el gusto por los ejercicios y las actividades físicas.

Después del ejercicio nos dimos un rico baño y nos alistamos para dormir, pero antes Aly tomo la guitarra y empezó a tocar la canción Perla negra de Yordano, yo no lo pensé dos veces y la acompañe cantando toda la canción. A Aly le gusto tanto que me pidió que la repitiéramos y así lo hicimos. Está de más decir que esta fue la quinta cosa hermosa que compartimos el día de ayer, antes de enrollar nuestros cuerpos y dejarnos vencer por el sueño. Poder cantar juntas es algo mágico, nunca imagine que tendría una compañera c
on la que podría coincidir en todas las cosas que me gustan, pero ahora me siento afortunada de tenerla.

Agradezco este espacio, porque a veces nos pasan los días y no nos detenemos a pensar en lo increíbles que son y en lo felices que somos. Para mí fue muy delicioso hacer este ejercicio, pues he podido revalorizar cada uno de los momentos de mi día, que sin duda son hermosos. Me despido por ahora, un abrazo para todos.

Once a very dear friend told me that her partner had woken her up in the morning by grabbing her arm and shaking her hard, she woke up scared, but when she asked him what was wrong, he replied: Nothing, it's to wake you up. At that moment I understood, how lucky I am to be able to wake up lovingly and peacefully every morning with the person I love, who does not wake me up, because he takes care of my rest and if for some reason he has to wake me up he does it in the most gentle and calm way so as not to disturb me.

Sometimes we don't value those little details, until we understand that many people don't enjoy a good love, then we say: How lucky I am. So the first good thing that happened to me yesterday (and every day), was to wake up with my dear @aly.squid in the morning and feel the fortune of love since I opened my eyes.

We started the day talking as always, because one of the things that characterizes us is that we always have something to talk about, @aly.squid loves to analyze everything, she brings up multiple topics of each situation of her own or someone we know, of a movie or series we have seen, or the situation of the country or something that is happening in the world and from there arise a thousand conversations that are linked to each other and we are always nurturing each other through dialogue. After breakfast we went shopping for vegetables and greens for the week, because in our community they supply the little store that we like on Wednesdays or Thursdays.

This is one of the activities that I most enjoy doing with @aly.squid, because together we choose the foods that we love and think about the recipes that we can make during the week, since we both love to cook and eat. We try to shop the day we stock up so that everything is fresh. For me, being able to share this space together is a great blessing, one of the rituals we have built together. When we get home with the groceries we hug and thank each other for the abundance and fortune of having healthy food for our bodies.

Last night was very special, because we went out to eat in the street, we don't do it very often because as we live in a small community there are not many options, especially for me being a vegetarian. But we went for a walk and had a nice hot dog for dinner and for dessert we went to the only ice cream parlor in the community and indulged in the mischief of enjoying a chocolate ice cream with brownie bits. This is the third wonderful thing that happened to me yesterday, having a romantic date with my dear Aly, as if time had not passed, feeling the same illusion of seeing each other in a place away from home and having a different night.

After lunch, we did another one of our nightly rituals, every night we go for a walk, we do an hour walk that not only does us good for our body, it also recreates and clears us mentally. We live in a very hot community and at night the temperature drops almost 10 °C, so the coolness is noticeable; that is our ideal time to go for a walk. After the walk we arrive home ready to do our exercise routine, @aly.squid jumps rope and I accompany her, timing her and recording her number of jumps. When she finishes she continues with my strength exercises, she also accompanies me to help me with the times and monitor my posture, avoiding any injury. This is the fourth good thing I want to mention, having someone who shares with me the pleasure of exercise and physical activities.

After the exercise we took a nice bath and got ready to sleep, but before that Aly took the guitar and started to play the song Perla negra by Yordano, I didn't think twice and I accompanied her singing the whole song. Aly liked it so much that she asked me to repeat it and so we did. Needless to say, this was the fifth beautiful thing we shared yesterday, before we rolled up our bodies and let ourselves fall asleep. Being able to sing together is something magical, I never imagined that I would have a partner with whom I could match in all of my songs. I never imagined that I would have a partner with whom I could agree on all the things I love, but now I feel lucky to have her.

I am grateful for this space, because sometimes the days go by and we don't stop to think about how incredible they are and how happy we are. For me it was very delightful to do this exercise, because I have been able to revalue each of the moments of my day, which are undoubtedly beautiful. I say goodbye for now, a hug to everyone.
