Mabe rmp400fdve Refrigerator // Unboxing (English/Spanish)

Love greetings to all my friends at Hive. It gives me great pleasure to be back here in the Geek Zone community sharing an Unboxing. A few days ago my partner and I bought one of the things we had long been longing for, that's right, it's a refrigerator. With all the economic and material precariousness that we have suffered in Venezuela, it had become impossible to buy one. We spent two years without a fridge and one with a very small one that was given to us as a gift, it solved a lot for us but it was quite complicated.

One of our resolutions this year was to have a decent fridge and according to our needs and we have achieved it shortly before the end of the year 2023. We went to Daka stores to find out the prices of fridges that would fit our budget and meet our expectations, most of them hovered between $600 and $700. We were delighted with an 11-foot Samsung brand refrigerator costing $630. This was the cheapest, a good brand, and a size within the right range.

The problem started when we found out if we could buy it and pick it up the next day. Since we live far from the city and we had to arrange the transfer. We were informed that Daka stores do not have a system to store the products, this made us get into conflict. We decided to leave the store, we went to Ciro Sanchez, a beautiful and well known store in the city, it is characterized by having all kinds of quality products, but it is also known to be very expensive, we still wanted to try it.

To our good fortune there was the refrigerator of our dreams. Mabe model rmp400fdve, 14 feet, 400 liters and really beautiful. The best part was the price, only 595 dollars, almost 40 dollars less than the Samsung and two feet taller. The purchase was a success, they held it for us until the next day and we took it home.

It was time to take it out and install it. This brand does not come with a box, the packaging is simpler, but it was a lot of fun and we were really excited and nervous. The refrigerator is super heavy, at least 65 kilos according to the manual, it was difficult to move it, we were alone at night and that made us nervous, because we thought we would not be able to move it, but we did it with a little ingenuity.

As is common with some coolers, we had to install the set handles, this was simple but a little time consuming. I was calm my partner a little anxious and stressed. We also had to adjust the front legs to level it, this was stressful, because one of the legs was stuck and it took us a while to unbolt it, but it was something that we also overcame quickly.

As it is advisable and more in the area where we live buy a current regulator, to avoid damage with the ups and downs of the voltage.

The refrigerator is beautiful, the refrigerator has three compartments apart from the vegetable drawer, the separations of the compartments are made of glass. The light is white. On the other hand, the refrigerator has four compartments and one of them has a space for bottles or large bottles. The freezer has two compartments, also the separator is made of glass, and the refrigerator has only one, in addition to the ice maker.

We have only had it for a few days and we are in love. It is not noisy at all, the space allows to distribute the food well, the white light is extremely friendly to the eye. Its monthly energy consumption is 34.2 kwh, this is an average consumption term, quite good for a refrigerator of its size and with that price.

Anyway, I want to tell you that I am very happy with this purchase, this was really the refrigerator we wanted, we are very satisfied. I was also very satisfied with the price and with the attention in Ciro Sanchez, the security system and the security they provide to their customers is invaluable. Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive. Me da mucho gusto estar nuevamente por acá en la comunidad Geek Zone compartiendo un Unboxing. Hace unos días mi pareja y yo compramos una de las cosas que teníamos mucho tiempo añorando, así es, se trata de una nevera. Con toda la precarización económica y material que hemos padecido en Venezuela se no había hecho imposible comprar una. Pasamos dos años sin nevera y uno con una muy pequeñita que nos regalaron, nos resolvió mucho pero era bastante complicada.

Uno de nuestros propósitos este año era tener una nevera decente y acorde a nuestras necesidades y lo hemos logrado a poco tiempo de acabar el año 2023. Fuimos a las tiendas Daka a averiguar los precios de las neveras que se ajustaran a nuestro presupuesto y que cubrieran nuestras expectativas, la mayoría de ellos rondaba entre los 600 y 700 dólares. Nos encantó una nevera de 11 pies marca Samsung costada 630 dólares. Esta era la más económica, de buena marca y un tamaño dentro de lo apropiado.

El problema comenzó cuando averiguamos si podíamos comprarla y buscarla al día siguiente. Ya que nosotras vivimos lejos de la ciudad y teníamos que gestionar el traslado. Pues nos informaron que tiendas Daka no tiene sistema de resguardo de los productos, esto nos hizo entrar en conflicto. Decidimos entonces salir de allí, nos fuimos a Ciro Sánchez una tienda hermosa y reconocida en la ciudad, se caracteriza por tener todo tiempo de producto de calidad, pero también tiene fama de ser muy costosa, igual quisimos probar.

Para nuestra fortuna allí estaba la nevera de nuestros sueños. Marca Mabe modelo rmp400fdve, 14 pies, 400 litros y realmente preciosa. Lo mejor era el precio, tan solo 595 dólares, casi 40 dólares menos que la Samsung y dos pies más de altura. La compra fue un éxito, nos la resguardaron hasta el día siguiente y la llevamos a casa.

Llego el momento de sacarla e instalarla. Esta marca no trae caja, el embalaje es más sencillo, pero fue muy divertido y la verdad estábamos emocionadas y nerviosas. La nevera es súper pesada, por lo menos 65 kilos según el manual, nos costaba moverla, estábamos las dos solas en la noche y eso nos puso nerviosa, pues pensamos que no lograríamos moverla, pero lo hicimos con un poco de ingenio.

Como es común en algunas neveras, tuvimos que instalarle las manillas de la puesta, esto fue sencillo pero un poco tardado. Yo estaba tranquila mi pareja un poco ansiosa y estresada. También tuvimos que ajustarle las patas delanteras para nivelarlo, esto sí que fue estresante, porque una de las patitas venia atorada y nos costó un poco desatorarla, pero fue algo que también superamos rápido.

Como es recomendable y más en la zona en la que vivimos le cómpranos un regulador de corriente, pare evitar daños con las alzas y bajas del voltaje.

La nevera es hermosa, en refrigerador tiene tres compartimientos aparte de la gaveta para de verduras, las separaciones de los compartimientos son de vidrio. La luz es blanca. Por su parte la puesta tiene cuatro compartimientos y uno de ellos trae un espacio para botellas o frascos grandes. El congelador tiene dos compartimientos, también el separador es de vidrio y la puesta tiene uno solo, además de la gavera para hacer hielo.

Llevamos pocos días con ella y estamos enamoradas. No es nada ruidosa, el espacio permite distribuir bien los alimentos, la luz blanca es supremamente amigable para la vista. Su consumo de energía mensual es de 34,2 kwh, esto es un término medio de consumo, bastante bien para una nevera de su tamaño y con ese precio.

En fin, quiero decirles que estoy muy feliz con esta compra, realmente esta era la nevera que deseábamos, estamos muy satisfechas. También quede muy satisfecha con el precio y con la atención en Ciro Sánchez, el sistema de resguardo y la seguridad que brindan a su clientela es invaluable.
