La Historia De Mi Primer Estático [ESP | ENG]
Hola amigos de Hive y #SWC! Bienvenidos a un nuevo post en donde les mostraré mi progreso del pino o parada de manos.
El pino fue el primer estático que logré y me costó mucho sacar, tuve que entrenar mucho las flexiones de picas y pino en pared, había momentos donde quería dejarlo y no volverlo a hacer, ya que me mareaba mucho y llegaba a la casa con dolores de cabeza, pero me dije que no me podía rendir, puesto que estaba cerca de sacarlo.
No paso un mes de eso y logré mis primeros segundos sin ayuda, ahora lo domino , aunque tengo que seguir mejorándolo. Mi meta con el pino es obtener el pino a una mano en sus distintas variaciones.

Hello Hive and #SWC friends! Welcome to a new post where I will show you my progress on the pino or handstand.
The pino was the first static that I achieved and I had a hard time doing it, I had to train a lot the pike pushups and pino on the wall, there were times where I wanted to quit and not do it again, because it made me very dizzy and I got home with headaches, but I told myself that I could not give up, since I was close to get it out.
It wasn't a month after that and I achieved my first seconds without help, now I have mastered it, although I have to keep improving it. My goal with the pino is to get the one-handed pino in its different variations.

Saludos mi bro, buenas tomas e historia, al igual que tú, el Handstand fue el primer estático que logré.
Después de cada caída, cada error bueno, aprendí y fui puliendo. Al día de hoy tengo un control de 95% en el Handstand. El truco está en practicar y practicar y practicar. Sigue así bro.
Las caídas nos hacen más fuertes bro , sigue mejorandola llega al 100% bro
