Mi rutina de full plancha [ESP|ENG]
Hola amigos de #SWC si no salía me iba a volver loco necesitaba entrenar y fui al parque a hacer una rutina de full plancha.
La verdad me pegó demasiado la rutina los hombros no aguantan más y con el tema de la lesión hoy amanecí mejor con el pie en la mañana me puse a hacer ejercicios de movilidad.
Ya volviendo con la rutina pensé que no la iba a terminar pero en mi mente decía que se venía mi prime y no me podía rendir tan facil y logré terminarla.
Este es mi tercer post para el #RetoFortis.

Hi friends of #SWC if I didn't go out I was going to go crazy I needed to train and I went to the park to do a full plancha routine.
The truth is that the routine hit me too much my shoulders can't take it anymore and with the injury issue today I woke up better with the foot in the morning I started to do mobility exercises.
Back with the routine I thought I was not going to finish it but in my mind I said that my prime was coming and I could not give up so easily and I managed to finish it.
