Lo primero que debemos hacer es detenernos, poner un Stock en nuestra vida, marcar que este día será el comienzo de una nueva vida y comenzar a reflexionar en aquellos que realmente deseamos alcanzar en nuestra vida. Podemos imaginar que somos arquitectos expertos que estamos diseñando la casa, el lugar de nuestros sueños ahora debes preguntarte: ¿Cómo es esa casa que estás diseñando? ¿Qué es lo que te invita a que vivas en esa casa? ¿Qué hace de esta casa en la casa más especial?, Ahora lo mismo debemos preguntar enfocado a nuestro proyecto de vida, a la vida de nuestros sueños: ¿qué estamos haciendo para completar este sueño?

Lo primero que debes hacer es establecer los objetivos y metas, es decir qué es lo que deseas lograr en la vida, estas metas deben ser específicas y de manera muy clara y como toda meta deben ser realistas y alcanzables como por ejemplo: quiero ser el dueño de mi propio negocio, para ello debo tener objetivos a corto mediano y largo plazo para llegar. Tenemos que hacer un análisis exhaustivo de nuestros recursos y las habilidades, que es lo que ya poseo como habilidad para lograr estos objetivos y cuáles son aquellas habilidades que debo desarrollar o mejorar, lo mismo debemos analizar en cuanto a los recursos como dinero y Contactos, debemos identificar los recursos que ya poseemos y aquellos que necesitamos para trabajar en el plan. Con todo esto en la mesa debemos expresarlo en un plan de acción, es hora de hacer el plan de manera detallada y minuciosa dividiendo cada uno de los objetivos en tareas mucho más pequeño, a esta debemos asignarle fecha límite para mantener el enfoque y la organización mientras trabajamos en el proyecto en general.
