Domingo Running -(Spa-Eng)

Hola, ¿qué tal amigos? un gusto saludarles feliz inicio de semana, les quiero compartir un poquito de mi domingo modo: Running ja, ja, ja.

Un amigo está entrenando para cumplir con una carrera de 42k así que me pidió que lo apoyará en la logística e hidratación de su entrenamiento, yo iría en una bicicleta me gusta el deporte así que gustosamente acepte, la verdad era primera vez que yo iba a entrenar con tantos kilómetros, pero asumí el reto.

Eran las 5 de la mañana y ya yo estaba en la bicicleta esperando que viniera mi amigo trotando, nos encontraríamos en un punto medio de la avenida, así que desde ese momento empezó esta maratón.

Me gustó porque fue algo diferente que hice y a su vez apoye a mi amigo, por otra parte, quede molido jajaja ya estoy recuperándome, así que espero ya estar activo para el próximo recorrido.

It was 5 o'clock in the morning and I was already on the bike waiting for my friend to come jogging, we would meet in the middle of the avenue, so from that moment this marathon began.

I liked it because it was something different that I did and at the same time I supported my friend, on the other hand, I was beaten hahaha I am already recovering, so I hope to be active for the next run.
