Calm Flow

Beginning a new week, is in my view, the slate being wiped clean, for any missteps or anything that was out of your control.

Now you get to right the ship or tidal wave through, anything that is useless in your journey.

I've been through a rough patch recently, but outside of the huge wave that came towards me; there is much more going on, that has folks overly concerned in their own circumstances.

I can't be smug enough to compare what is a drastic issue or not, for others.

What I can speak to, as a HIVER; that many of us, know the value of sticking to the process. Even if you are like me, who has only been consistently active for over 1 year and 4 months on this amazing blockchain; there is nothing that has deterred me from doing otherwise. This holds true for many who have been on consistently active on HIVE for many years. I look to those for true inspiration, knowledge and motivation.

I was able to experience being on HIVE when we were over three bucks, but for the most part; I've been on HIVE while the price has been under a dollar. Has that made me want to swim away? Not really.

I came onto this blockchain with no grand expectations, so that is an advantage; I guess? I was somewhat clueless of what a blockchain, cryptocurrency or anything relating to this world. I'm still learning something new everyday and that is what excites me, more than price; for now.

Being on HIVE, is my escape and although the bears, the dips and all that other stuff can make folks abandon, doubt or react unfavorably in these situations; the hardcore HIVER has this calming sense and trust that in the long run, we will prevail.

Perhaps, my inexperience with most of this stuff; keeps me naïve or perhaps, it prepares me to navigate the ups and downs that comes with this world?

What I do know is, that it helps me to remain calm and going with the flow, usually helps my stress level; not to overload.

**Once again, looking at the recent photos in my iPhone10 camera roll, there are a handful of images from Tiffany, her boys and my tour at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens (https://morikami.org/about/) - this picture was taken closer to the indoor museum section where there was this calming waterfall surrounding by some amazing greenery and classic esthetic. **

Remain calm and going with the flow

Flow is the most powerful state.

Synchronicity happens when we align with the flow of the universe rather than insisting the universe flow our way

Right there with you, man. The flow has been difficult to find the past month with how... well, everything... is being affected. Hasn't stopped me from investing time into Hive, but it has caused me to look at some things IRL with a microscope, making it hard to invest in the things that aren't going well/working the way they should. But, as you mentioned, it is better to flow like water, remain calm, and not attempt to bite off more than you can chew - especially when there is already a higher level of anxiety and stress from things outside of your control.

Thanks for the post and the reminder, Jimmy. Have a blessed day, brother. !CTP !PIZZA

You know, Jimmy, you and I may be naive to the crypto sway, but even if Hive bottomed out, I would still have gained much in so many other ways.

Your place out there is very relaxing. It's beautiful and really appropriate for your message of calmness amidst the crypto storm. Me too, I am just 11 months in my crypto journey, but I have been active only since February this year when I realized the power of Hive as a compounding machine. Just like you, I was also clueless about the many buzz words in this space and I am still learning new things every day.

Blessings!

Well, that was a gorgeous picture ... I could just feel the calm.

I have been here since Hive's predecessor dropped from 53 cents to 10, and then when Hive was nine cents. I stay calm and keep doing what I know I am supposed to do: come here and get my work done.

I thrive best when I go with the flow. I can be swiped of my feet for a bit when things don't go according to plan, but I also adapt easily after being a bit annoyed, stressed or angry (depending on how bad the situation is lol). I find it a true valuable skill if someone can go with the flow most of the times.

I love the waterfall! I think we must be able to find some here too but I guess we will find these when we buy a car somewhere in the next months hopefully, so that will have to wait a bit haha. There's something cool about waterfalls, and so relaxing as well if you listen to the water fall.

Have a good week ahead!

Thank You So Much @thisismylife

It’s awesome to be in your position, as you transition with calmness.

Spain is on my wish list to visit, so I am pre-visiting vicariously through your journey lol.

and trust that in the long run, we will prevail.

I'm just curious what this means to you, prevail in the long run meaning hive goes to $100 or $1000 or what other meaning you have in mind?

I have a simple goal @drlobes - I want to retire and live further South from where I’m at with my fiancé in a beach town.

HIVE, doesn’t have to hit a $100 or even $100 for me to realize that dream.

Tiffa and I both work and own our home, but we also don’t want to rely on the government to take care of us when we get older.

Now, everyone has there own views on how high in price for HIVE of course.

When you said "we will prevail" I thought you meant it as Hive in general and not everyone's personal stuff, but I get you.

I mean, a lot of folks I meet or have met during my online marketing and HIVE journeys all have a story of struggle; so I always express myself to that point.

If that makes sense?

I like to think folks get me lol

I never said it's a you problem :) I might have a kind of "ocpd" problem myself, sometimes I can pick on certain words or expression or things instead having a more general view.
