Crane Peckin'

Yesterday was a messy blur and to start off the week that way, takes a lot of patience, not to go off the rails. Mondays are usually hectic, more inclusivly at work; that really goes for any job I've ever had. I guess we get so relaxed during the weekend that we carry some extra weight into a new week, in every sense of the word.

Back in the day, Mondays was twice as bad since I went into a new week hungover lol.

Today, was rest day from working out and truth be told that ever since I went on my journey to be healthier and fitter, I truly don't mind Mondays; because I see it as a fresh start opposed to the dredge that it can be for many, but yesterday was just one of those days where things was off kilter. Shit happens.

So, today is another day to get back into some normality. I'm not going to avoid being busy for what seems every second for work lately, but just the overall routine of what my days usually are.

Looking forward to the next few workouts tomorrow through Friday then Tiffany and I will be running our second event of 2023 this Saturday and I just realized last night that it's actually a 4 miler opposed to the 5K I thought it was. No big deal, a 4 mile run is not much more, but I do have to be prepared mentally for it. In March, we are running a 10K, so that is when things get real.

Now, that yesterday is past me, I did have one more photo left that I took with my iPhone14 from Sunday's Activity Walk that I had not posted and this one is of two cranes. We see those a bunch out here in Central Florida. If I'm correct these are SANDHILL CRANES
