Yesterday, I posted about the latter part of our family time where we finished up our outing with some milk tea.

Today’s post are some photos from the reason for the outing. My fiancé Tiffany wanted to go to this popular food truck pop up event called the 407 Food Fair: Citrus Fest

It’s a great way for foodies to get a taste of options that either don’t have a store front or are not nearby.
Truth be told, Tiffa and I are more adventurous than the kids especially her youngest, but where her and I were predictable with our choice her boys surprised us with their choices

I went with Black Magic Pizza and chose the Cheezus and also bought their Key Lime Cannoli.
Tiffa had the Birria Beef Crunch Wrap from The Pass Kitchen

The youngest got the chicken skewer plate and the 15 year old got the Huli Huli Chicken plate from Sweet & Salty Island Grindz

So they went Brazilian and Hawaiian respectively and their first experiences with those cuisines. Tiffa was proud they were open minded with their choice.

And yes we were all happy with our picks.

The weather was hot and humid and eating your food comfortably is not an option, so needless to say; we made it a quick experience and worth it.

Okay, my eyes glazed over when I saw that glorious pizza, and then the Hawaiian plate lunch sealed the I need to go get something to eat deal. Thanks for inspiring me with your amazing food post to go get some breakfast my friend lol! I love pop up food truck events! Being raised in New York food trucks are a staple, but personally as I’ve gotten older I have become very selective.

If they are more event type set ups with a foodie flair, I can definitely enjoy it 😋

This was good-looking food, especially for food trucks.
I have never had a key lime cannoli. I bet that was awesome on a hot summer day.

They look so delicious, and I love the graphics on the food trucks. Oh yes choosing Brazilian and Hawaiian! A lot of teenage kids don't like anything other than burgers and pizzas, so they should be proud of so open-minded. Looks like a perfect weekend day-out. Thanks for sharing Jimmy.

I always think food trucks have its charm. Too bad many of them are so freaking expensive and not worth it. Looks like you had some good choice there though! That pizza looks delish!

I can’t say they are on the inexpensive side, so it’s definitely not something we do often.

At least the food was decent. It would have hurt if not.

Those all look like great selections, @jimmy.adames. There were a lot of food trucks to choose from. Glad I saw this after I had breakfast. Otherwise, I'd be looking for something to eat.
