Jiffy and Coach Angeline

Never a bad morning when Team Jiffy (Jimmy and Tiffany) start off a Saturday burning splats for one of our favorites; Coach Angeline.

Tiffa and I are just a few days away from rounding out a full month back and although the struggle coming back from injury is still there, we thankfully have some normalcy to our workout routine.

Coach Angeline reached out recently to let us know she was glad that we were back and I let her know that Tiffany and I had it on our to do list for a Saturday morning burn sesh with Coach and so we got it in today.

Based on our schedules, Tiffa and I wanting to go further out during the weekends when we go to our Orangetheory Fitness sessions, working out for Coach Angeline usually doesn't align.

With that said, she coaches at our home studio OTF Nona North and it's my turn in the rotation to put in some hours for my employer that it was the perfect opportunity to book a class and get the opportunity to burn splats for Angeline.
