Jiffy and Coach Hannah

After three months rehabilitating and then back for a month with the recent Hurricane Ian thrown in the mix, it's been a challenging path to getting back at having a seamless workout routine.

We went a solid 6 to 7 years where everything was on cruise control and the last two years has been - well - shitty.

With that said, at the end of the day; my fiancé Tiffany and I still have our Orangetheory Fitness sessions to make things ok again.

Today, was a good one; because I had last worked on Tuesday and Tiffa on Monday, we went to a studio that we enjoy going to OTF Dr. Phillips because there are some places we like going to for breakfast or lunch in the area and there is a Trader Joe's in the area as well.

Also, we got to workout for Coach Hannah who we had only worked out for once before. At the time we worked out for her it was very early on post-pandemic so we were all still wearing masks in the studio.

Today, was fun just not to dealing with any of that crap and we got in an excellent workout with a very cool Coach. Here vibe is very electric. She is an entertainer and works at Disney, but coaches on the side.

Great way to start a Saturday Morning!
