Jiffy and OTF Coach #209

Today, Tiffany and I were lucky enough to workout for our 209th Orangetheory Fitness Coach as a couple.

That is three new coaches for Jiffy within the last 5 days. It was also the first one in one of our 5am sessions in years. We usually work out for new coaches (to us) during the weekends or certain holidays, because we usually have to drive out to different OTF studios to do so.

Today's was a bit more heartfelt, because it was at our home studio and Coach Alfredo is new to OTF Nona North and establishing a connection with members is not easy.

There are a hardcore group of people that have been at this OTF thing for many years like Tiffa and me, so we are tough when it comes to evaluating new coaches. I'm sure Coach will grow on us. We just have to give him time to grow into what we expect from our Coaches. Fun guy and has the energy to succeed. You have to believe in and love the brand and if you do, it will work out.

This was my fifth workout in a row, so today's rest day will be welcomed. Tiffa took a break yesterday and will also take a day off tomorrow.
