Jiffy and OTF Coach #212

Today's workout was double fun, because although Tiffany and I reached the required six of six of the Twelve Days of Fitness challenge it is still only up to the tenth day. We've missed only two days so far and we have the next two days scheduled so we would ultimately do ten out of twelve.

The best part of today's high intenstity interval training session is that it was the 212th ORANGETHEORY FITNESS Coach Tiffany and I have worked out for as a couple and second as husband and wife.

The template was very good and it also included a partner section as well. It's always nice to already walk in with your partner on days like these.

Coach Maddy was sensational, considering that she has only been an Orangetheory Coach for one month. She had energy, a very good flow to her coaching a badass playlist.

Tiffa and I drove out to OTF Altamonte Springs for today's workout, which is about 45 minutes from where we live and closer to where I used to live in Lake Mary when I first moved out for good, here in Central Florida.

I reached all my metrics including a solid 788 calories, but don't be fooled it was our CHEAT DAY SATURDAY and needless to say I ate more than that for lunch. That's for another post lol.

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community got through another session and as of now are scheduled to workout for OTF Coach #213 if we feel good before the cut-off time to cancel. Tiffany is feeling a bit off and my knee is barking loud lol.

Indeed, we all need a cheat day since our brain is wired to consider food a treat.
