Jiffy and OTF Coach #220

This past weekend, my wife Tiffany and I spent some time in the West Palm Beach area specifically to attend a spring training baseball game. We made it a quick getaway, by driving up there Friday night and rented a room for two nights. The morning after we arrived, Tiffa and I had a Orangetheory workout at OTF WEST PALM BEACH.

We worked out for our 220th ORANGETHEORY FITNESS Coach as a couple.

Coach Shannon was on my wish list of OG coaches as she is one of the very first coaches I began following on social media outside of the Central Florida franchises.

Needless to say, Coach Shannon was just as excited to have us workout for her.

We take our health and fitness journey seriously, but it's crucial being part of the community and how we have connected with coaches, members and owners across the world. Of course, we can't meet each one of them or workout for all of them or visit every OTF studio, but we sure try lol.
