Jiffy and OTF Coach #226

Another Catch A Coach opportunity on a holiday Monday was hard to pass up for my wife Tiffany and me.

Coach Temi was our 226th ORANGETHEORY FITNESS Coach we have worked out for as a couple and it was also at one of our favorite Orangetheory locations in South Downtown Orlando: OTF Orlando - SoDo.

The great part about yesterday's and today's workout outside of the coaches is that we didn't have to get up at 4am in the morning like we usually do for our workouts. Today's class was at 9:15am giving up enough time to sleep a few extra hours and not rush when we got up.

We didn't get to enjoy area as we usually do, because we wanted to get home immediately to get the smoker ready for some chicken and salmon this afternoon. Also, U had to pull out the weeds from the courtyard and Tiffa hosed it down and did the windows. It was the perfect time to do both those chores and enjoy the weather while using the smoker as we don't use it enough.

It's been a relaxing weekend as we get closer to our trip to New York next week. We also scheduled a workout at an Orangetheory Fitness studio near the hotel we are staying at in Manhattan, which is exciting because going to New York is going home for me and Orangetheory is just as bit as a part of my life. Tiffa and I will also be adding another coach to our list :-)

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community were welcomed with open arms at the SoDo studio as we have been there about thirty times and have worked out for a nice share of the our Catch A Coaches when we go there. The studio associate at the front desk was like "are you the couple that goes all around different studios and working out for different coaches?" ummm Yes, we are :-)
