Happy Saturday!

Although, I had to do a back to back Saturday turn for my employers; my fiancé and I have a running event tomorrow. We will be running a 5 Miler at UCF, so looking forward to that.

We rented a hotel room, so we can be closer to the event and get some extra sleep to feel fresh in the morning.

Today is cheat day, the only difference today is that we did not burn splats at an OTF. We decided to take an extra rest day to be in better shape without going through the High Intensity Interval Training we put our bodies through - in a good way :-)

So being that it's cheat day, not sure if we are going anywhere new for us; but definitely look forward to some fun stuff - not too fun. Don't want to weigh ourselves down and feel blah in the morning for the run.
