Cheat Day for Tiffany and me included a BBQ lunch and immediately after a ride over to SoDo Kava.

We hadn’t been to Meat and Fire for a few years and it’s a good place to get my some inexpensive barbecue fare.

Tiffa had the Chicken Philly sandwich with a side salad and I got my usual go to half chicken with a side Mac N Cheese and Cole Slaw. We shared the fried pickles with a ranch dip.

Desert included, my choice of a Double Gooey Chocolate Bar and Tiffany’s choice, Magic Bar that had butterscotch, coconut and chocolate.

Tiffany’s Kava obsession had to be adhered to and I was happy to oblige, so we went to SoDo Kava. That was our first time there.

We’ve been to five Kava places so far.

I had a Quick Bliss (Kava Extract Shot) and the Blue Dream and Tiffa had the Humble Horchata.

Kava is a drink or extract made from the Piper methysticum plant.
