“Satisfaction- How do we make others feel same?"

Life is so amazing that every one that is living desires satisfaction at different levels irrespective of how minute it may turn out to be, one can’t stop but desire to be satisfied absolutely as life progresses. I know that life places an individual quest for satisfaction and as a result we seems to pay more attention to ourselves that we do to others. It’s amazing that as we look into the subject of satisfaction, many things began to surface on my mind that I sometimes did take for granted.
You will agree with me that whenever satisfaction is achieved or in anticipation, many elements are found place major roles for the achievement of personal, cooperate or organizational satisfaction. But in most case we seems to ignore these elements that plays the major roles.

No matter how we try to fixed up things without the help of others people, who in most cases stake their life, it will absolutely be impossible to see targets being met, goals being achieved, as well as the inner joy, peace and tranquility which we will call the act of being satisfied or satisfaction in real teams.

The feeling of others

Most times all we do is try to get or meet our target but we don’t really give attention to the feelings of others, it is of high importance that as we contain for greater levels of attainment and satisfaction, we should also do are best to make people feel the same way, we always expect to feel, I have noted in my little experience that as you try to help people advance, achieve and add value to their daily living, it also give them great joy, peace and courage to give in absolutely the best, to make you gain satisfaction at all time.

Yea I know it’s quite some years back but I cannot forget in a hurry, my friends experience back then, He always did have this mindset that all things works for him, with or without effort, as such he paid little or no attention on the basic element that daily played out the puzzle for him, Yea I did tell him then that life revolves and that if not well managed, it may play out negative when it get to your turn, though He did not listen to me but I kept saying it time and time again.
His father had built for him an empire, it was something we all were looking out for but amongst many of us, only he was privilege to gain such access but unfortunately the amazing and fortunate opportunity that we so envied became a story not to be told. All of this happened because he saw an effectual door being opened to him but the absence knowhow on the management became the pitfall and the home of dissatisfaction.

How Did It Happen

He maltreated everyone that worked for his father, He careless about the feelings of the people who staked their life for the success of the organization, He had absolutely no pity on any of them, and then the unexpected began to happen, the same people who will always stake their life to make things happen for the organization, decided to withdraw their commitment because of service dissatisfaction, without being told, you can guess what became the fate of the organization, You know that every organization is an organism, when the elements that makes it functional are no longer alive, the organization begins to decline in productivity and letter died a natural dead.

As we speak the young man is still trying to navigate his way to life, but then life has decided to take advantage of his past, the same way he took advantage people who worked for him, the report card is very clear and with the impact that dissatisfaction can bring on an individual, a group or even a nation.

In my conclusion, I will say that we should treat people the same way we wish to be treated and even more, as we push towards meeting our target and achieving our goals, our priority should be on the basic elements that makes “SATISFACTION” happen, As you gain satisfaction, do well to make them also gain satisfaction at their various levels, cause if not, the story will have a change of background.

Treat people as you desire to be treated, stop taking advantage of people, see people more like yourself, understand that your satisfaction gives them joy, do well to make them feel the way you feel, when target are being met, let them feel the joy, excitement, the peace as well as the satisfaction that comes from their commitment, determination and dedication to service.
