Where I found it

My parents introduced me to Brandon Mull's first series Fablehaven. Fablehaven was comprised of 5 books following siblings Kendra and Seth on their adventures involving a preserve for magical creatures where their grandparents are caretakers. This is the third book in the second 5 book series with the 2 siblings.

Plot

Seth is working to find his identity and his way while taking guidance from Ronodin and wherever else he can find it. Kendra is doing everything in her power to find Seth. She travels with her cousins and several friends to the dragon sanctuary of Crescent Lagoon in the Pacific.

Favorite lines

"Remember, if something goes wrong, if you need anything at all, you're absolutely on your own."

"Forget your past for now. Start today. Get your next step right."

During the Dragonwatch series it has become apparent to me that Brandon Mull has a few scripts he likes to follow. In this book he takes a script from The Candy Shop War and turns it around. The book is engaging and fun, but doesn't bring a ton of new stuff to the table.

I am hoping to share plenty of book reviews. What sort of information do you like to see included in book reviews? I’m hoping to keep them fairly short and sweet. What do you think of my format for this post?

I love reading, but don't completely love writing. That being said I would like to improve my writing. If you have any recommendations for ways to improve my posts, please share them. I hope this post has been helpful and informative. Thanks for reading and thanks for all the upvotes, reblogs, comments and follows.

Lastly, I'm hoping that this book club will be interactive. I would love to hear your comments and considerations if you happen upon a review for something that you've read yourself. I'll try to do the same for you when I stumble onto a book review for something that I've already read.
