It's a domestic pigeon.

I went to one of my friend's house. He lives a bit far from my house. I often visit my friend's house. My friend keeps different kinds of domestic animals in his house. Once he got this domestic pigeon somewhere. It was sitting on the grill of the corridor window. The bird was looking a bit upset. Maybe she lost someone close or maybe he was upset and lonely because of being lost from her group
